  1. URL that allows people without teams already to directly join

The whole process for joining a new Teams Org seems to be setup for people who are already using Teams. The only way to get a new person into Teams, appears to be to send them an invitation by entering their email. This method doesn't work for meetup, user, or community groups where you just want to post a URL that people can use to join.

I'd suggest adding something similar to Slack which allows a direct URL to be generated to join. That would make the onboarding process for people not familiar with Teams so much easier. Thanks!
