  2. Cancelling a transfer then clicking Resume puts the call on hold

    Repro steps:

    1. Make a PSTN call to a Teams user that has E3 + Phone Systems and an MS Calling Plan.

    2. Answer with Teams client.

    3. From call controls, select Transfer (or Consult then Transfer).

    4. Instead of picking a user, just click Cancel. (image001.jpg)

    5. Then click Resume. (image002.jpg)

    Expected:
    Call resumes.

    Actual:
Client displays "Parking" but then puts the call on hold. (No park code listed.) (image003.jpg)

Have to go to upper left and click Resume again in order to return to the call. (image004.jpg)

There does not seem to be this issue for either of them except with each other. Team member B is new to teams. Help? Thanks!

  9. Stopped getting all notifications since last update

The title says it all. If the app is not in the foreground, I get no notifications at all, which makes it completely useless. Tried reinstalling, it did not solve the problem.

    Device: OnePlus 3
    OxygenOS Version: 5.0.5

  10. Guest users meeting access

The "meetings" tab doesn't show for guest users when, more often than not, it would be beneficial for the guest to have easy access to this. The meetings used to show up in the "chat" tab, and also would show in our general channel with them whilst the meetings were active - but now neither shows. Has there been a change to guest access on Teams? This seems to be a very functional part of Teams, that guests can no longer see.

  12. Teams Desktop keeps restarting to apply update, but fails

I have the Teams app installed on my Windows 10 (64bit) machine. Today it started regularly restarting to apply an update. But it seems that it fails to do so, because even after the restart the version number stays the same (Version 1.1.00.18052 (64-Bit)).

When I check for updates in the app itself, it also tells me that a new version is available and restarts. But same issue as above.

I also tried downloading the newest version from the Microsoft Teams website, but the problem remains.

  14. The Conversation tab does not auto update

In a particular Teams page, the conversation tab does not update when a member posts a new message. I receive a notification that the user posted a message in the "Activity" tab, but the message does not show anywhere in the Teams page/Conversation tab.

I have to close and re-open the Teams desktop app for it to appear. This occurs all the time, every new message I have to close and re-open Teams for it to appear.

  15. Unable to leave a team which was deleted

Teams v 1.1.00.8752 installed on a Mac running Sierra 10.13.4. I am unable to leave a Team which was previously deleted. When I click Leave the team - a generic error pops up and says "An error occurred" and the Team remains in my list. I was able to remove it from the Favorites but the team still shows in the "More" section. When I log in to the online/web version of Teams the team in question does not show up in any list or when searching for it (it shouldn't since it was deleted by the owner).
    I tried…

  18. Accessing a team channel as a guest isn't working

I invited a Guest from another O365 tenant to one of my teams. When he tries to login to my tenant he gets a something went wrong error. Then, he created a team and invited me to it. I tried logging in and I get a something went wrong error, too.

I'm using the Mac application. I believe he's using the Windows application.

The process of creating the team channel and adding the guest seems to work fine. We each got invitations from the other in our tests.

  19. The Onenote tab doesn't work in my desktop version of Teams.

The Onenote tab in the desktop version of Teams doesn't work. When I click it, the space below stays completely blank without any feedback. There is no error code, missing link or similar - just a white page. The tab first worked for two weeks and then suddenly stopped working. The same tab however still works perfectly in the online app.

  20. Colours in documents are desaturated when screen sharing

When sharing documents via screen share colours in the document appear desaturated or muted.
I work for a graphic design agency so it's really important that colour in documents is reflected as accurately as possible* when sharing screen. If we're presenting a red logo and the client sees it as pink that's not help.

I attach a screenshot demonstrating the difference. The left-hand shows the Keynote file open on my desktop, the right-hand side shows the exact same document viewed through Teams.

*Obviously every screen displays colour differently and this also depends on user settings, but it would be helpful…
