  1. Can't refresh inbox in the last 3 days

    I use the desktop app, phone app and web browser at different points of a day, and the phone app hasn't been able to refresh my inbox or send new messages in the last 3 days, no matter which wifi service I use.

  2. Excel file preview doesn't show comments

    In the preview mode of an excel file, you can see the comment icon on a cell. If you select it, Teams open the right pane "Comment" but it is compleatly blank. To show the comment you have to open the file in editing mode.
    Same issue with desktop app on Windows 10 and web app in Chrome.

  3. Occasional crash in Desktop " We ran into an issue" then needing to restart the app.

    Frequent error, noticed more frequently on desktop app if user also has teams app on mobile signed in.

  4. selected team not updated under shifts app

    When selecting a Team under Shifts app the drop down list is not updatet. The displayed shifts appear to be correct, but the selected team does not match the shifts.

  5. Authentication issue in custom bot

    In June 2019, there was an issue where new users, who haven't used Bot before, were not able to sign-in in Bot we deployed. And, the issue had occurred several times. All incidents were self-healed, so we are thinking that there were some errors with Microsoft Teams. The users were affected by this issue for several days, and we are requesting to fix it so that it won't occur in the future. Also, please mitigate the issue faster it t occurs again.

  9. Accounts blocked. Phone number required

    Nearly everyone in a team of 20 people has been blocked and Microsoft demands a phone number to unblock. Doing a project with vulnerable youth. They don't have phones. Therefore MS Teams Free became useless. Had to switch to Google Groups. Don't offer a free product if you don't want to let people use it.

  10. Search bar shortcuts Ctrl+P and Ctrl+N behave inconsistently when compared to other applications

    In most (essentially all?) desktop applications on MacOS, the Ctrl+P and Ctrl+N in search fields and similar input fields toggle between results and whatnot. For example, in browsers (tested on both Firefox and Chrome), typing something in the address bar and pressing Ctrl+N will move down the list of suggested addresses, while Ctrl+P will move up the list of suggested addresses.

    In Teams, if you press ⌘+G and then Ctrl+N or Ctrl+P, you will not navigate between the suggested teams/channels, but instead the text cursor will move. Also, I believe I have observed at least two different behaviors for the…

  11. Address book policy take upto 30 days to be refreshed

    Currently, Address book policy take up to 30 days to be refreshed to the existing users which don't meet most of the customer requirement. I request Microsoft to either reduce this time period to the acceptable amount or to provide a way to apply the same to the existing user.

  12. [Is Deleted] column in activity report always shows "FALSE"

    Even if user's Teams service plan or license (E3, E5, F1,...) was removed, [Is Deleted] column in exported user activity report (TeamsUserActivityUserDetailxxxxxx.csv) always shows "FALSE". In addition, soft-deleted user isn't listed in report.
    Under what conditions the [Is Deleted] column becomes "TRUE"?

  13. Fix typing/keyboard on iOS version Teams

    The keyboard/typing experience is broken in Teams for iOS. You can barely type a word without the cursor automatically moving back one or two spaces, which makes typing extremely difficult.

  15. Cannot call Cisco meeting like we could with Skype

    When trying to call a Cisco meeting hosted by an external organization, I only get an error message: «Error Something went wrong. Would you like to try again?», and only an «OK»-button as a possible «choice». This from the Teams app on an iPhone X.

  19. Web app says my browser is not supported, but it likely is.

    I'm using Vivaldi, which is basically chrome, with much better user experience.
    It supports the same features, as it uses the same rendering engine, same JS engine, same everything.

    Despite that I get a message that my browser is unsupported.
    My guess is that instead of feature detection you do a browser detection and if it does not fall into the bucket of Mozilla or Chrome, you stubbornly show a message about the browser being unsupported without even giving the user an option to take the risk and go through with their browser.
