  2. enter and exit Tones for conference calls

    there is no option to allow for adding a tone to the conference calls when people join the call. the directions dont work

  5. Commentsection in Planner Buckets do not offer "@"

    Please enable the possibilty to mention someone in the comment section of the Planner-Bucket via "@", just as it is possible in Teams registercard "Conversations".

  6. Copies of Planner-Plans are not copying the start and enddates

    If you copy a Planner Plan, the start and enddates of the buckets are not copied. SO you have to go through every bucket and add the dates again.
    Please enable the possibilty to copy EVERYTHING from a Planner.

  7. opening files

    Hi there! When I open a file with the desktop app, it will reopen on its own shortly after opening the file. For example, I go into MS Teams, click on the three dots next to a file, and say "Open in Desktop App". It will open, and I start working on the file. Shortly after, either the file reopens on its own, or iI will get a warning window asking me if I'm sure I want to reopen the file. There doesn't seem to be any way to get this to stop.   8. Enter (CR) terminates a message instead of inserting a carriage return. Change this!

    Please make typing an "Enter" (or carriage return) in a conversation box or a reply not terminate the message! This is inconsistent with other MSFT products, but also is the single biggest point of frustration with my users. At least make this configurable! Enter should just instead a new line and allow the user to continue their message. Posting the message should be CNTL-ENTER or hitting the Send icon.

    I had a whole group abandon Teams in favor or Slack because of this highly annoying issue. Please elevate this fix!

  9. Notification

    I'm getting notifications at random points all throughout the day, but it isn't to anything real because the app isn't syncing. Received 3 notifications on Tuesday at once telling me about messages last week that failed to send. Chats are days behind. Way too buggy...

  10. duplication of files in Teams

    When i Upload a file in Teams, the original file starts duplicating itself without limitations. I cannot seem to stop the process other then removing the orginal file. What am I doing wrong?

    Please provide an option to ignore my calendar meeting status so I do ‘t randomly show as Busy. Does anyone at MS actually use this product with other MS-Office products?

  12. Unable to add Uesr to group in Teams Shifts -- Save button never enables/illuminates

    Unable to add user to Shifts-group on a shift schedule within Microsoft Teams. Once a user is added to a shifts-group, you cannot add to a second Shifts-group, or even delete from Shifts-group and then moved to a second Shifts-group. User must be completely DELETED from team and then re-added in order to move or add to different shift. When attempting to add user to a Shifts-group, the SAVE button never illuminates/enables. See Screenshot. Tried both web and mac teams clients. No error message. Repeatable. Demonstrated on screen share during Ticket #15512311.

  14. Meeting wouldn't hang up

    Joined a meeting, i ended the meeting and pressed hang up, shows me the call has ended yet im still in the meeting. Pressed several times "hang up" and yet this function is not working. 21 hours in the meeting and still counting

  15. Teams still thinks a chat that was started with Skype is still skype even though it's in Teams

    Chat with an external user who is using Teams still says it's chatting through Skype For Business when both of our Coexistence mode = Teams only in each of our Office365 domains and we are both getting/sending messages through Teams only.

    When the chat first started I was using Teams and the external user was using Skype for Business.

  16. Teams mobile app on apple devices can't open planner

    We are using the teams app on mobile and desktop together with another company. When using the planner function in teams, it shows the planner correctly on all desktops. For the guests in the teams (using apple phones) they can't see the planner in their planner apps, while android users can see their planner just fine. Would it be possible to fix it so that people on a guest account with an apple phone can see their planner on their mobile app?

  17. Files don't exist in channels in mobile app android 1416/1.0.0.2019052301

    The file-tab is gone. You can't find it and it's not available under More.
    I've tried different users and reinstalled the app etc. It's the same problem in all Teams. I can open attachments in conversations, that are saved in the team and channel.

    It works fine in iOs, same users.

  18. BUG: Unable to login to bot via OAuthCard in 1:1 conversations only

    I am trying to login to bot, but clicking on Login button of the signin card has no effect in 1:1 conversations on desktop client.
    Bot has validDomains in its manifest, and signin works in channels and mobile client.

    In debug view I see this exception
    Cannot read property 'validDomains' of undefined...

  19. Join button and inaccessible meeting room for team members

    I came across same situation. I have created meeting room for my team few weeks ago. Everything works perfect like 2 week, than some members of my development team began to have problems with joining the meeting (reoccurring one established via Outlook), as the join button was missing for them. Then, I needed to record the meeting (I have the rights to do so) - it was yesterday - until this event, I was able to joint the pinned meeting via Join button.   20. Bug: Notifications reappear when a monitor is plugged in.

    Hello,

    If you have had some notifications pop up in the past. From a conversation or a call. Those popups have disappeared.

    If you plugin a new monitor. One of those popups will reappear. And not be closable, nor disappear automatically, unless you close teams entirely.
