  1. Screen Sharing and Camera don't work together

    When I share the screen on Teams for Linux, the video-camera automatically gets disabled and I can't ********* again.
    I'm required to have the camera on while I share the screen during an exam.
    Is there a workaround to solve this problem?

  4. GCC High User Can't Connect To Non-Government Meetings

    Whenever people logged into our GCC High tenants try to join a regular non-GCC teams instance (even just going to teams.microsoft.com) they get this error.

    Clicking on the generic link in a Microsoft Teams meeting that's sent out results in the error, making it very hard for them to sign in / log into the meeting. Having to train to use Private/Incognito mode, then to NOT sign in, and then have the meeting organizer know they're going to show up as a guest (rather than restricting to just invited people) is a total pain.

  5. Can't see shared content when joining a meeting from the web client after content has been shared

    We're seeing an issue where if an attendee joins an in progress meeting from the web client, where content is already being shared, that the late attendee cannot see the shared content unless the person stops and restarts the sharing.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Team member A starts meeting (from desktop client or web client)
    2. Team member A shares content (desktop or app)
    3. Team member B joins via web client (can't see the shared content)
    4. Team Member A stops sharing
    5. Team Member A re-shares content
    6. Team Member B can then see the shared content

    WTF? your web client causes lots of angular errors which are visible in browser console. moreover I can't send any pictores for some peoples. that's unprofessional. I attach an example.

  7. Webcam not working in Teams for Linux

    I know i've selected web but there isn't a bug report for linux so here goes nothing:

    Recently I started using teams for my school but my webcam in my linux laptop wasn't working, so I decided to install droidcam which turns my phone into a USB webcam, and it was working fine until today when it suddenly decided to not detect my webcam.   10. The web app will not refresh the emojis for the first reply to a post until the user web app is terminated and restarted.

    The issue is likely a common CS problem with indexing starting at 1 instead of 0 in the web app sync routine with the server. The desktop app will refresh all the emojis for the first reply.

  16. Note for webclient is missing

    If you open a document-link of teams there is no note to use the web-client. Some of my costumers can not use a desktop client.

    Is it possible to implement a note and the link to use the webclient?

  18. Web app says my browser is not supported, but it likely is.

    I'm using Vivaldi, which is basically chrome, with much better user experience.
    It supports the same features, as it uses the same rendering engine, same JS engine, same everything.

    Despite that I get a message that my browser is unsupported.
    My guess is that instead of feature detection you do a browser detection and if it does not fall into the bucket of Mozilla or Chrome, you stubbornly show a message about the browser being unsupported without even giving the user an option to take the risk and go through with their browser.

  19. Very poor resolution in screen sharing when using the Teams web client

    I was testing Teams today for viability as our meetings software package. However we have run into a serious issue. When an external user joins via the browser the resolution of the screen share is so low as to render the image unrecognisable. The user then installed the Windows client and re-joined. This time the resolution was somewhat better but still not full quality. Also the lack of an "Actual Size" button as in Skype for Business is a real limitation with regard to screen sharing.
