  1. Authentication Issues - Continually tries to have me login

    I'll update this next time I see it happen on my phone... It'll be a bit vague now since the report is all from memory.

    When opening the Teams app I am prompted to log back in. If I try to log back in the app will go into a loop of trying to sign on and it'll flash up a bunch of screens that typically go away before I can understand what it says.

    If I hit back, it'll often take me to my messages, which may be out of sync because I'm not actually authenticated.

  2. Android no longer holding sign in info for the past few weeks. Uninstalling and reinstall does not resolve

    Fix the sign in loop for Outlook and Teams mobile apps for Android devices. The apps continually request sign in info and do not keep up to date/real time messages due to the sign in being lost. When clicking the notification (see attached) it does not require you to input a password, it just tries to reconnect.

  3. Android Teams login issues

    I have to login to Teams each time I switch to it on android, then log back into outlook each time I switch back

  4. No notifications

    Setting on mobile is to have notifications pushed to my mobile if inactive on desktop. So far I've never received any notifications on my Android phone.

  5. The Teams' calls doesn't connect to Bluetooth devices

    Although it shows an option to speak the calls on Bluetooth device when I try using, it never connect me to my headset. However my Bluetooth headset is already paired and connected to my mobile

  6. Polycom devices failing to sign back in after being disconnected from power

    When Polycom devices are shut off due to a power outage, the device will sign out from Teams due to failure in saving the credentials. Meaning the device requires to be signed into again.

  7. On Teams Admin - Why does Devices show that Yealink Teams Phone show it is offline even though the phone is working?.

    On Teams Admin - Why does Devices show that Yealink Teams Phones show it is offline even though the phone is working?
    The work around to get it back online is I have to do the IP address of the Yealink Phone using Andriod os and remotely reboot or physically have to reboot the Yealink Phone

  8. Mobile: Sign In Causes Outlook Sign Out

    Signing into Teams on Android causes the Outlook app to requiere sign in again. Then signing in with Outlook signs out of Teams. And the loop continues.

  9. Teams Android Login security bug

    If I changed my Microsoft teams password in Desktop and then try to use the teams Android app, it prompts me to enter the credentials again as a notification, but if I ignore it, I can still see my previos chat history and files. Now, this is a security bug, like in case if an employee is leaving, he still can access files which he had used in teams through the mobile app.

  10. Teams Android app - waiting in splash screen forever

    After installing n my new android phone, I can login in Teams, but the app shows a splash screen with the text in spanish "Espere mientras lo preparamos todo", something like "Wait while we prepare everything" forever. I have tried to reinstall and rebooting without results. It was working perfectly in my old mobile phone. Any hint?

  11. Unable to switch organizations in mobile app on Android

    Trying to send a message to my team and am not able to switch to main organization to do so.

    After force stop and restart of the app it is possible to switch.

  13. Android app notification

    Impossible to "shut up". No matter the status you pick. Calls come through, notifications come through. The only way to silence the app is to disable notifications completely or simply logging out. "Do not disturb" doesn't work. "Unavailable" doesn't work. "Occupied" doesn't work.
    Why do I have to completely log off to not be disturbed on my day off?!?!

  14. Contact groups

    On the mobile App My Contact groups are not sorted like the are in the desktop app and there is no way to rearrange them back to the correct order. There does not appear to be a way to edit the name of a group or add a member to the group as the "..." menu does not appear.

    For both the desktop and mobile app PLEASE minimize / collapse all the groups on initial launch and / or leave them collapsed / expanded from the previous time.

  16. unable to switch to guests in Android mobile

    I have several guests whom granted from the customers.
    but when I switched to guest account to login the customer organization, It couldn't that and it remains the status of Microsoft organization of my account.
    even though I removed and re-installed app, but it was the same.

  17. Stopped getting all notifications since last update

    The title says it all. If the app is not in the foreground, I get no notifications at all, which makes it completely useless. Tried reinstalling, it did not solve the problem.

  18. High usage reminder on Android

    After have opened the app for about half an hour I get a notification that Teams has high power usage. I can let it run and drain my battery or force close the app and don't get messages until I open the app again.

    Phone: OnePlus 3T

  19. Call ringtone can't be muted on Android client

    Calls received via the Android app will ring regardless of my volume settings, even on Do Not Disturb mode. There's no settings within Teams that allows me to disable the ringtone for vibration only. This is an issue because it will ring anytime of the day until I pick up or another user picks up or it goes to voicemail. On normal calls, you can simply press the lock button to silence the ringer, but Teams ignores that.

  20. On mobile, card metadata gets exposed when attempting to forward a card with a deep link received from a bot

    Steps to reproduce:

    1) Have a bot send a card with a deep link to a user.
    2) Open the Teams app on an Android device.
    3) Press and hold the edge of the message for the options menu.
    4) Select Forward.
    5) Select a contact.

    Instead of the card, the entire metadata of the card is exposed to the user. This contains the deep link URL and the teams context among other things.

    Tested using multiple Android devices including Galaxy S9.
