  2. Font difference

    You will notice the font "chat" difference between main chat vs pop-out or separate chat window. I like the font appearance on pop-out / separate since it's better readability.

  3. Separate Chat Issues

    Say we have 5 separate standalone chat windows opened, then you quit/launch the app, it's not there anymore and it does not remember the settings.

    Please make it remember the previous session.

  4. Before logon or joining a Meeting the Version Info Menu Item does not work

    Version check ist not possible before logon or joining as guest.
    It should be possible to show the version and trigger an update check.
    At the moment I download and install the version offered before joining my weekly meeting and hope that this is always the latest.

    This might also be a problem for the windows version.

  5. Add MS Teams to Microsoft Update on Mac if MS Update is installed

    If Office or S4B is installed Microsoft Update is also installed.
    It would be nice if MS Update would recognize and update Teams as well.

    Optimal would be a checkbox during installation of Teams if MS Update is not installed to install it, also for S4B as some might not like if MS Update is installed without prior notice. (S4B = Skype for Business).

  6. No link to ongoing call

    I used to have a link in the top of the "Chat" column that would enable me to return to an ongoing call. Now, when I am in a call, I cannot view the call without figuring out what team or chat the call is in, and then clicking to call the group.

  7. Teams new user experience video causes app to become unresponsive

    When using the new teams experience with version 1.3.00.18164. It was last updated on 7/28/20. The app becomes unresponsive when incoming video or outgoing video is enabled. I am even unable to stop the video. This makes using the application very challenging.

  8. Window Management

    The windows of teams do not behave as other MacOS windows which prevents window management tools e.g. Magnet [1] to move the windows of teams correctly (or at all).

  9. Gallery view of participants reduced to 4 only Version 1.3.00.18164

    Just upgraded to version 1.3.00.18164 on MacOS and now only see 4 participants at a time during meetings. The previous version did not have this issue. After reboot, tested in safe mode, re-install of Teams and issue persists.

  10. in the mac desktop app when on a call (voice or video) multitasking does not work

    there is a bug in the desktop version of the mac app whereby once in a call (voice or video) it is not possible to multitask and keep the meeting window smaller in the top of the app

    I have to use my iphone device to send pictures 🤦🏻‍♂️

    Video intermittently locks up on multiple Macs, iPads, iPhones, even in > 1gbps environments. Only solution is to stop, kill the app and restart. In an hour long call this can happen 2 or 3 times. Happens almost every day. Also on iOS devices.

  14. Problems taking control on a MacBook

    We would like to ask your guidance because some users who use Microsoft Teams on MacBook have the following problem:
    When they request control they can have access, but when they want to execute some action they are unable to do nothing.
    They're using Teams from the desktop.
    The problem occurs when control is given from Windows to
    MacBook and from MacBook to MacBook.
    What's interesting is that one of the users can get in control and
    work from their MacBook without problems.
    (He has OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6)

  15. Added invitees to a recurring meeting, clicked Send Update and then Teams sent out a "Meeting Canceled" to everyone

    Added invitees to a recurring meeting in Teams on Mac, then I.clicked "Send Update" and then Teams sent out a "Meeting Canceled" to everyone. So in turn no-one could attend the meeting. This has happened a few times. I am using Teams on Mac.

  16. Teams won't offer option to share content in the MacOS Preview App

    When sharing content displayed in the MacOS Preview Application (for example a pdf file), this content is not available to share in Teams. It appears that Teams does not see or make available Preview windows to be selected to share.

    1.sometimes I receive only call on mobile and can't see it on Mac

  20. Mac user is kicked out of Teams Meetings after MacOS upgrade

    After upgrading MacOS the user is kicked out of Teams Meetings after 20-30 seconds. User kan use Teams on iPhone, Windows pc, Web client and Mac with older OS.

    System info:
    macOS Catalina, version 10.15.5
    MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018), 2,3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5

    Temporary solution:
    Found that removing virus software, ESET Endpoint Security, solved the problem.
