  1. Message can’t be received on pc and phone at the same time

Every time I receive message my phone can got it immediately but the desktop has no reaction. I think it should have same reaction on phone and desktop in the same time.that will lead to lost information in time.

  2. Cannot keep Contacts Groups collapsed

In the Chat window, under the Contacts tab, there should be a way to keep all the contact groups collapsed. After collapsing all, as soon as I click on a different tab or different area, they all expand again.

  3. Teams refuses to start up maximized

Even if I set the "Run" option to "Maximized" in the program's properties, Teams refuses to consistently open in a maximized window.

  4. Print malfunction when trying to print directly from the Teams desktop app

Symptom: a user is opening an office 365 file ( I have tried with Word and Excel) and choose to edit in Teams (that means the user is only choosing edit. Not edit in a browser or local application.).
Then, the user want to print the document (which is now open for editing in the Teams desktop app). The user chooses File – Print.

The ‘Print’ menu is shown. When the user clicks the Print icon, there shows a popup from Word saying: ‘your PDF-file is ready to print’ . There are two buttons in the bottom of that popup:…

  5. It looks like you're not connected to the internet

"It looks like you're not connected to the internet.
    Or you're just temporarily disconnected."
Alert is appearing on the channel on teams for my entire company on the floor. We are all connected to the internet but it still gives this error.

  7. Hyperlinks no longer working in documents opened through the desktop app

After the most recent update hyperlinks are no longer functioning on any of the the documents opened within the Teams desktop app. If you hover over the linked text/image you can see the link address but nothing happens on click.
The same links work as intended when opened through the Teams web app or within their respective program (powerpoint,excel,word...)

Checked for firewall/network interference and found none. These are all working websites/addresses.

    Current teams version - 1.2.00.27559 (64-bit)
    Preferred browser - Google Chrome

  8. Cannot Give Control to another user in a meeting when docked

Would love to sort out a fix for this as it's one of the key pieces lacking within Teams that we currently have covered with Jabber that is undermining a migration to Teams.

It seems that when docked (all of our notebooks use USB docks these days), a user cannot pass control to another, as Teams will bark about hardware acceleration. Remove the dock, the problem is resolved. Web searches suggest this is a relatively common issue across a wide variety of docks; that the actual hardware acceleration setting is seldom to blame.

  10. We had PERFECT audio and video - the presenter went to "mute all" and all Audio stopped going from our audio board into the line in to PC

We had PERFECT audio and video - the presenter went to "mute all" and all Audio stopped going from our audio board into the line in to PC meaning nothing the meeting host said was heard by anyone in the teams meeting. Video was perfect. WHAT HAPPENED!!

  11. UAC modal dialogs can't be accepted

When I'm helping people via screen sharing, UAC (and other?) modal dialogs can not be clicked on.

None of the buttons work. I can't even close the dialog box.

Be nice if this could be fixed.

    Cheers, Duncan.

  12. Conversations created for documents in a SharePoint document library wont display document

When a conversation is started on a document from a SharePoint document library (not the Files tab), the link created in the conversations tab will not display the document.

If the document is a Microsoft Office file, an error message is returned saying "Sorry, this file has been deleted or moved".

If the file is a PDF, an error message is displayed saying "This item might not exist or is no longer available. This item might have been deleted, expired, or you might not have permission to view it. Contact the owner of this item for more information."

  14. Consuming a lot of Windows memory

Teams are consuming too much computer memory unnecessarily.

Skype for Business consumes less memory than teams.

Resolves this annoying problem as 4GB computers suffer when using the Teams application.

  15. Voicemail plays back through default Windows device, should use own settings

I have Teams configured to use my headset: https://i.imgur.com/PNaltEM.png

Except when I playback voicemail, it plays through the current default Windows speaker device - my speakers which everyone can hear.

It should IMO playback using the Speaker setting in Teams with option to change the device easily during playback

  17. UI went grey, and is now hard to read

Teams UI went grey over all the UI on Windows 10, not on OSX. I'm not offline or anything. Its really annoying and hard to read.

Frequent error, noticed more frequently on desktop app if user also has teams app on mobile signed in.

  20. Enable settings when logged out

Teams is obnoxious. It installs itself, pops up and won't go away unless you log in and disable it in settings. The problem as I see it is this is a dirty tactic to show higher use for MS's statistics. You force people to log in to disable it. Even if you right click on the icon and hit settings all you get is a big blank settings screen where you can do nothing. Ridiculous to force people to log in to turn off launch at startup.
