    Workaround: I can get teams to work if I toggle the channel from Prod to SlimCore@SpaceTest10 and back to Prod. I have to do this each time I want to use Teams on this PC!?!?

  2. Flashing Red Border

    When screen sharing with Teams and using an external display, the red border around the shared window is flashing instead of being solid. A solid red border is okay, but the flashing red is very distracting. This is specifically when the external display is a ClickShare.

  3. Multiple smiley reactions on the a message by the same person

    If I keep changing my smiley reaction to a message, it registers two reactions for the same message by the same person.

    Gone in the Teams app for all of our users. Still works on Android app though.

  6. Call history marks incoming calls as outgoing

    Teams Windows desktop client marks calls incoming via the call queue as outgoing

    when call history is reviewed on a mobile device the history shows both an incoming and outgoing call for the call.
    One incoming from bot other is outgoing.

  7. Microsoft Teams Kills all Network Connectivity During Calls

    Despite having a good WiFi or Ethernet connection, regardless of which network I'm on, if I join a Microsoft Teams call, all network connectivity stops working and teams simultaneously reports poor call quality and no network connectivity. All this while on an active call which I can see and hear. Here's a full description of symptoms.

    Every time I connect to a Teams meeting:


    • Incoming call quality is ok. I can hear and see others.

    • Outgoing call quality is very poor. Others say my voice is breaking up.

  8. Cannot apply filters and view in Excel without editing and

    Let me open, filter and view a file without saving the Excel file. I only want to view Once I filtered but not save. Filtering in Teams Excel and Online Excel is absolutely insufficient “as is” - no filter by color, no filter text by enumerated options, et al.

  9. Status does not update after I turn off the out-of-office notification in Outlook

    I had OOO set on Outlook and put my laptop to sleep. After I woke it up, I turned off OOO and checked Teams. Both the desktop application and the web application continue to show me as OOO. The desktop app was already open when the laptop went to sleep and woke up, so I thought it might have just cached my status, but I opened the web app after turning off OOO, and it still showed me as OOO.

  10. using touch on windows is not working

    I can't use Teams with touch enabled devices on windows. Either kill touch devices for windows or provide a client capable of using touch input. Scrolling in the files tab does not work with touch for surface Book surface Go or any touch enabled device. Teams is a new product. If new Microsoft products do not use new features in windows stop selling more expensive touch devices, eliminate touch API or make a product that uses HW features described as being the future.

    This Windows OS as second class citizen approach only means stop developing on windows and stop caring…

  11. When chatting with multiple people, when I switch between chats Teams sometimes places me well above the last read line

    If I chat with 2 or more people, when I switch from one person to the other, it will often place the scroll bar well up above where the last read line is, so I have to scroll down. When I do, it often takes 5 or more seconds to load all the IMs I've already read as well as the new ones. I either see blank space or solid rectangles where the text should be until it actually loads.

    This makes it difficult to maintain good flow during multiple conversations.

  13. High Contrast prevents Drag and Drop Tasks

    In High contrast view on the desktop app I am unable to drag and drop tasks in the planner application into different bins. Changing the colour scheme seems to fix this issue.

  14. Teams opens up at every start up

    Teams opens up automatically every time I start up my computer. Removing it from the list of programs to run at every start up won't work since it will always add itself there again after the next start up and thus every time I use my laptop I have to wait for Teams to open and then close it before doing anything else. This is rather annoying since I only use Teams from time to time and it would be awesome to be able to use it just when I actually need it.

  15. The activity feed not updating in desk top

    When I view the activity list on my iOS device, the unread items then do NOT show up on the desktop app. The only way I can see the new activities is to log into the Teams website version to see the activities that need attention. Once I click and view the activity in the feed, it then shows up in the desktop app, but any un-read activities don't show up in the desktop app until read in the browser setting.

  16. Unable to check off a task

    When i try to check a task as completed i get the following error

    We couldn't update <Task Name>. Please try again later. Technical details

    Time Stamp: Sat, 24 Feb 2018 12:53:50 GMT

    I've replaced the actual task name with <Task Name> for privacy. This is only an issue on the desktop app, i am able to check them off as completed using the web interface, it's not as convenient though.

  17. Team Client on PC re-started few times automatically and then showed broken HTML scripts errors

    Teams prompted me to login when I started my PC. After entering credentials, it was showing me starting/connecting. Then it automatically restarted the client. It done that for three times and then a big window open with no GUI and broken HTML code with boxes all over places. I end-up killing the Teams using Task Manager and then restart it. It is working now.

    Let me know where can I find log file or event log such that I can send that details for bug.

  18. The Teams Machine Installer MSI is the same Product Code after each update

    For each update to the Teams Machine Installer the MSI Product Code remains the same. Therefore regular updating of this applications requires an uninstall and then install. This is not great for using a tool like SCUP

  20. Can @mention external user using just the company name

    For external users when we @mention them, the user name followed by their company name is displayed (for example XYZ (ABC tech services)) which can be customized according to our choice. The issue is, we can delete the user name XYZ and keep the (ABC tech services) to tag the user which seems weird.
