  1. Call Queue: If the caller hangs up before someone picks up the call then nobody sees who has called, no entry in the call history

    It is not possible to see who has called a Call Queue when the caller hangs up before someone picks up the call or it is redirected to a person/voicemail.

    So, there is no possibility to call back - not good customer experience!

  2. Phone rings, but there is no way to answer calls

    The only way I know there is an incoming call is my phone "rings". No UI presents to let me answer it, in or out of teams. When the phone stopped ringing, a missed call entry is created, I can see that.

  3. Webcam showing black and white

    When in video calls, everyone else sees me in black and white with spots of distorted color, however on my screen the webcam output seems perfectly fine. I've attached 2 images to show the difference.

  4. Play/Pause Media Key plays Teams Dial Tone

    After ending a call, pressing the play/pause keyboard key will play the Teams dial tone instead of whatever media was playing before the call started. It does not actually start a call.

  5. Audio drops constantly

    Teams working great, then I cannot hear my colleagues. I am not doing anything differently. This happens with Bluetooth and audio jack and not other products.

    Call could not be answered on Galaxy S10 that was locked. The answer buttons had no effect.

  7. Guest users are able to receive calls although the private call is not allowed for guest users.

    I've tested following guest experience scenario.
    Teams user in the organization: Allow private calling - ON
    Guest user: Allow private calling - OFF

    In this case, Guest users are not able to make private calls but able to receive calls from users in the organization. It should not be the expected behavior.

    The organizer had disabled for calling and also disabled for messaging and I request you that please dont leave these on organizer he had disabled everything please let us call and message please please please

  9. PSTN calls dropping when placed on call park

    When placing a PSTN call on call park, the callers are reporting that their call is being dropped immediately. They call back and say they were hung up on. The incoming callers were all placed on call park on Teams desktop version 1.3.00.21759 (64-bit) running on Windows 10 version 1909.

  10. 30 sec delay with Video output when connected, Audio is fine

    Multiple users are experiencing 30 sec delay with Video output when 1st connecting to a video call, Audio is fine. all users are on version 1.3.00.13565 (64).

  11. Missed calls not shown under tab "Calls"

    Somebody called and I missed. Coming and pressing Calls. Missed call is not shown.
    It is good idea to have all info about calls in one place and not scattered between different places

    If i'm in a call and i tilt my screen sideways it turns black and i cant use my phone.

  13. Button for call queue suddenly dissapears

    we are using call queues where the clients can switch off and on the call queue via button in the settings menu. Snce several days this button suddenly dissapears. Clinets not able anymore to switch the call queue on or off. Some weeks ago it has already happend but after some hours the switch comes back without user interacton.

  14. Teams does not respect Window's global volume setting.

    When in a team meeting with audio/video, the window volume settings have no effect on Teams volume. I have to change the volume separately in the Teams app.

    This is very inconvenient as it means when Teams starts a call is often inaudible or blasting too loud, whereas the Windows volume is set correctly for all other apps.

  15. A visual bug in Teams during video call between Teams desktop and mobile

    A visual bug exists in Teams that appears when a Teams Desktop and Teams mobile have a 1:1 video call. If mobile user is in Portrait mode, and desktop user in Landscape mode, then image is displayed by taking full width from mobile. This incidentally crops its top and bottom in mobile user video. Mobile users thinks it is fine as he sees his own video properly, but the desktop user can't see the image entirely, loosing top and bottom of the video.

  16. Caller ID

    Would be nice if caller ID worked! All my contacts are in my Outlook and same with all of my employees, everyone sees this every time we get a call, caller ID has never worked! Get this fixed please! See picture! Using Polycom VVX600 phones on all our desks! Even the Skype for Biz and Teams Client saying the same thing!

  17. If you are on a teams call and switch Teams tenants, the call is dropped without warning

    Present a warning if your current call will be dropped based on your user action. "Warning switching tenants will drop your current call, do you wish to proceed"

  18. Call History

    Version 1.4.00.11161 having issues with call history.

    Teams Voice PSTN calls do not show in call history unless Teams client is restarted.

    Call history from over 7 days has also disappeared.

  20. Unmute from bluetooth device does not work (Jabra Link 370)

    Jabra headset has a mike that you can raise up to mute yourself in a call. Raising it automatically mutes yourself in the MS Teams call. However, lowering the mike down to regular position does not unmute you in the Teams call (so need to do do an extra step and press the icon on the computer).

    This is a new bug. In prior versions, lowering the microphone would unmute you automatically.

    I am currently using 1.3.00.21759 (for WIndows 10 64-bit).
