  2. Enable gif background effects

    When you select a gif as a background effect, it just appears as a still picture and is not animated. Please add support for gifs so that if you set a gif as your background effect, it is animated. Thank you!

  3. When transferring using consult then transfer in new meeting experience, the 'live' call window is behind the call being transferred

    We have found that when attempting to transfer a call with the new meeting experience switched on, the window for the 'live' call - i.e. the consultation is hidden behind the call you are attempting to transfer, which is not intuitive nor immediately obvious so it appears that the Transfer button is missing.

    Could this please be resolved so that the focus is on the consultative call window and not on the call which is being transferred (which is on hold at this time)?

  4. Answering calls from a calling queue takes several seconds and sometimes answered calls are not connected

    We have one calling queue attached to an auto attendant for our company's main phone number. Our receptionist attempts to pick up calls using the Teams desktop client on Windows 10, but it often takes several seconds before the call is connected. Sometimes when attempting to answer, the caller only hears clicking and the receptionist is still unable to answer.

    Calls put on hold are sometimes unable to be picked back up without 30 seconds passing by.

    This is all with Domestic Calling Plan in the United States. I don't know how much more "vanilla" our environment could be, but…

  5. If "new meeting experience" is enabled, telephone calls that come inbound from a Call Queue can not be answered and disconnect immediately

    If the "new meeting experience" is enabled on Teams Version 1.3.0019173 (64bit) Windows 10 then users in our telephone call queue can no longer answer any incoming calls. They are disconnected immediately upon answering. Disabling "new meeting experience" resolves this for now.

  6. Live content queue doesn't work

    We're running a webinar using Teams Live Event. The content queue doesn't work, you can't queue content only share one person's screen at a time.

    If another user shares their screen it immediately overwrites the content being broadcast, which is not good at all!

    We expect better controls. Why are producers being broadcasters as if they're presenters and not have the option of talking into presenter's ears without being broadcast? Why can't presenters have producer controls if we want them to? Why can't presenters be changed to producers on the fly? Why does a powerpoint not tie in properly with…

  7. Share Screen does not function when sharing desktop

    When I share my Desktop on either Screen #1 or Screen #2, the person I am sharing with only sees a black screen with my mouse cursor. If I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, clearing my cache, ensuring I have the most current version etc. I have tried sharing with multiple people and all of them only have this issue with me.

    If I share one window, share screen works properly. This problem only occurs when sharing desktop.

  8. Call consult and transfer to a call queue - transfer feature is missing

    Incoming call should via "consult and transfer" to a call queue. if an agent answers the call queue transfer feature is missing, its not possible to transfer, only switch back to the call or hang up. transfer after consulting should be available like in 1:1 calls.

  9. Caller ID Name Display

    For Canadian callers, the outgoing name display does not currently work. When I make an outgoing phone call via MS Teams, the call recipient only sees my business number. They do not see my company name or any name associated with that number. In the US, there is a CNAME database that needs to be updated with a name for each phone number. In Canada, there is no database. The caller's phone company sends the caller's name, whether it is VoIP or traditional phone. Please, MS Teams, add a feature where Canadian customers can indicate what business name should appear…

  10. AD telephoneNumber field must appear in the Call drop-down menu

    In Skype for Business, any and all telephone numbers published in AD (i.e. main / primary "telephoneNumber", "mobile", "homePhone", "otherTelephone" etc.) would appear in a drop-down menu (along with the default "Skype for Business call") any time there was a call button, either from the buddy list or from the contact card.

    In Teams, this is quite broken:

    1 Phone numbers visible in the contact card in Teams are not diallable / hyperlinked.

    2 The Call button from the contact card presents a different user experience to the Call button in the chat screen. In the chat screen, it provides

  11. Incoming Call Queue calls Issue - Mobile Client

    Incoming PSTN calls that arrive into a Call Queue cannot be correctly answered on the Mobile Teams clients (iOS and Android) by any of the CQ members. The incoming call is displayed but it looks like the integration of the Teams client into the Mobile operation system (iOS and Android) is not functioning correctly and the call keeps ringing even after accepting it. After a while the calls drops.This issue does not occour when calling a phone number assigned directly to a user.

  12. Can't answer incoming calls.

    I've missed 2 out of 2 incoming calls now because pressing the answer button did nothing. The phone was unlocked. It hit the button a dozen times, but it just kept ringing.

  13. Call Queue Calls Answer Automatically when placing outbound call

    Using Microsoft Teams & CloudPBX with AA and Call Queues.

    If a user that is part of a call queue is actively making an outbound PSTN call (call not connected yet), and a call comes into the call queue, the outbound call is put on hold, and the inbound call is automatically answered, without the user actually clicking the answer button. The outbound caller hears nothing (because they are on hold.) We thought the fix would be to set the toggle on the call queue for "Agents can opt out of taking calls" but that didn't work.   14. If you mute someone, you cannot unmute them

    Using the Windows client, if a user mutes another participant the user cannot later unmute them. The user should be able to do so.

    I.e. If a user has authority to mute, they should have authority to unmute.

  15. Inbound Calls during Calls/Meetings disrupt the current activity

    Inbound Calls during a Call or Meeting place the current call on hold (even large meetings) creating a disruption. These inbound calls should be pushed to voicemail. Example: Large meeting is taking place, an attendee gets an inbound call, immediately places the entire meeting on hold/disrupts the presentation/starts hold music across all audio.

    Calls are not ringing on my iphone. All notifications are enabled and not on dnd. On the desktop app the incoming calls are visible.

  18. Teams Android won't switch to Bluetooth

    When exiting Bluetooth automobile during an active call, I am unable to get the call to switch to reconnected Bluetooth headset. Exacerbating the situation is that call will not play on mobile device's speaker either.

  19. New Meeting Experience Cannot Share Newly Opened Window

    We have Microsoft Teams Version 1.3.00.28779 and have the New Meeting Experience turned on.

    We have noticed that when in a call/meeting if you open a new Window/Application in the background you cannot share this in your current session. If you end the meeting and re-start then it is available. This means you can only share Windows that were open when the meeting started.

    If you turn off the New Meeting Experience then it works as expected, you can open new Windows and start sharing them on the fly.

    Looks to be a bug in New Meeting Experience?

  20. Unable to transfer calls to call queue in new meeting experience

    In the "new meeting experience" when I answer an incoming call and try to transfer that call to one of the "call queues" we have set up, the call queue doesn't show up in the search. This is a major issue for us as we transfer a lot of incoming calls.
