Teams Owners cannot add apps. We couldn't save your tab settings. Please try again.
Owners of Teams sites are unable to add some apps, unless they are also made a member of the associated Teams group. When attempting to add an app, they get a message "We couldn't save your tab settings. Please try again." This issue started with Teams client version 1.4.00.7174 (Testing showed adding apps works in client versions 1.4.00.4167 and older).

This provides the work-around solution of adding the owner as a member. This is also problematic as the owner cannot implement this workaround on there own as you cannot find yourself to add as a member if you are the owner. This has to be done by either an admin or another owner.
Support's "Solution" is to post this issue here so please community, help me upvote this bug to get it resolved!
