Unable to use a private channel for collaborative calling
So as of today you can assign call queues to a Team....great right? Not at all....it only lets you add non-private channels to be able to take calls. So everyone in the team receives calls. Really don't understand why you would do that!

Yes, please - this throws a huge wrench in wanting to add call queues to an existing team.

Exactly - not everyone in a Team usually handles the Help Desk.
The I need to create a separate Team just for that.
Please enable the possibility to use private channels.
