Call queues not useable for receptionists
When additional calls enters the Teams call queue while the receptionist is on the first call, they are disturbed by loud ringing and the audio from the call they are on are almost silenced.
They should get the additional calls as visually notifications only, maybe with an option for a low volume "beep".
The bug makes call queues impossible to use in real life reception desk use.
This means we have been forced to halt our migration from SfB on-prem to Teams. We have moved all other users, but can't move our receptionists to Teams. They are until now using SfB with Lync Attendant 2010.
How can we proceed our migration project?
