Webcam video other participants can see is black and white or has weird graphic artifacts
Since about 1-2 weeks before Christmas 2020, on any MS Teams call my video is presented to other participants either in black and white or with weird graphical artifacts (colored shadows over the video), while my preview looks completely normal.
Based on reddit thread and MS Teams forum discussion (see links below) I am not the only one experiencing this; also based on the discussion my first guess would be a relation to nVidia GPU and GPU drivers (I have a GTX 1070 GPU with latest drivers, Logitech Brio web cam).

According to what I can see, the issue has been resolved meanwhile via nVidia driver updates. The version 461.40 no longer seems to exhibit the reported behavior.
I’m having the same problem with Microsoft Teams, my Logitech C290 and a Nvidia RTX 2070. Rolling back the Nvidia driver to 457.51 seems to solve the issue.
Hopefully Nvidia will soon troubleshoot the problem and release patched drivers, as 461.09 are bugged Teams-wise

Many thanks Matthias for having shared the bug, I was becoming mad at the numerous reports of my colleagues telling me I was black and white :)
Having the same issue here. I have looked at the dev bug reports and noticed there are errors being flagged with video latency failing.
My setup is Logi C920 with Nvidia Geforce 1660S

Same here, and can confirm that rolling Nvidia driver back to version 457.51 eliminates the problem. All versions past that show the error.

Same issue here, nvidia 2070 super (drivers 460.89) and Razor Kiyo camera (just to provide alternative to Logitech cameras).
edit: (the camera and teams work fine on a seperate laptop that has no nvidia graphics card, so some issue between teams and nvidia when using these cameras seems likely)
edit2: Going back to Nvidia driver version 457.51 has resolved the issue for me, so whilst only impacting Teams (zoom, etc all fine), this could be a driver issue?

Same here. See attachment > got gray error and color splashing error. I also use geforce graphics card.
