Teams video call notifications window not coming to the front
Many of our users are reporting an issue with the incoming call notification window in that it is not coming to the fore when ringing and they are having to minimise all other open applications to get to it. This has only started recently.

Same problem here. I try everything. The only time it may work for a while is when I restart Team completly

Same exact issue when using a RD session and running Teams on the local machine. The Teams incoming call notification is never displayed over the RD session and is not visible in the RD session is minimized. I have to blindly answer the call not knowing if it is a spam sales call.

Same here all 300 users have this problem. They are missing calls and messages because the banner isn't overlaying.
We use an RD server for the majority of our applications, but with Teams installed on the local PC as it didn't work so well on the RD server. Since the most recent update, users no longer receive a banner notification in their RD session for anything, particularly problematic is not receiving chat messages. Now, users have to constantly minimize their server session to check if they've received any messages.
This feature was extremely important in our decision to use Teams. I don't see any reason why it should've been removed.
If there is a need to accommodate those who complain about constant banner notifications, then create a setting that can be checked; Place banner notifications in front of all windows".

We are experiencing this as well. Currently 6 users on site all with the same problem!
Some of the 'fixes' below work for maybe a couple of calls but then reverts back to not working correctly
Uninstall/reinstall not working
Clearing all cache files (With and without reinstall) not working
New user profile not working

Yes, seen this multiple times. been unable to answer calls due to this at times.

I also cannot control the call anymore when screen is locked. Need to always unlock the phone before able to eg mute or unmute.
