iOS 14, call no longer have lock screen control
Why in the world is this still an issue? Should have been fixed months ago.

This has been an issue for a while. The workaround does work for me (including on the latest iOS 14 beta), but ideally the Phone/Call Controls on the Lock Screen would just be available like they used to be.
This is a related report of the same issue:
This is the workaround:
While in a Teams call/meeting, go to the Phone app and call a number (ex. call 411). As soon as the new call initiates, end the call. After that, the Teams call/meeting will switch back over. Now lock your phone and you should see the Phone/Call Controls from the Lock Screen as you did pre-iOS 14.
I am having the same issue with iOS 14+. The workaround does not work. Logging out, deleting and re-downloading does not work. It's also draining my battery incredibly fast because it needs to be unlocked the entire time to mute / unmute during calls and meetings. Does Microsoft not having the ability tweak the app coding the bring this functionality back? This is incredibly frustrating. It's like the iPhone no longer recognizes that MS teams is a phone call platform. Please advise!

One workaround is to make another call and restore the previous teams call.
Now you have the controls on lock screen.
iPhone / iOS lock screen controls used to be available on any Teams meeting when I clicked on the Lock button on the side of my phone. This would then send the call to the background and present a lock screen with buttons similar how Skype call controls on the newest version of skype for business looked.
These call controls no longer show up on iOS 14 (I have the most current version).
on iOS14.3 I have the call screen controls when in a Teams CALL but not in a Teams MEETING. Really need it for both like it was before. The quick access to mute is the most important feature on mobile.

Please bring the call control in the Lock Screen. This is a big UI regression. Thanks
Having same issue. I cannot mute/unmute from Lock Screen while using Teams after I updated to iOS14. This is a gross oversight and needs to be fixed!
Would love the Lock Screen controls in iOS 14.

I often use Teams mobile client for iOS because it's simple to mute/unmute an audio conference from the lock screen. Since iOS 14, I now have to unlock and go to Teams, and play with the in-app mute/unmute controls which is a poor user-experience in comparison.
