PSTN calls dropping when placed on call park
When placing a PSTN call on call park, the callers are reporting that their call is being dropped immediately. They call back and say they were hung up on. The incoming callers were all placed on call park on Teams desktop version 1.3.00.21759 (64-bit) running on Windows 10 version 1909.
The fix for this is to create a new Call Park policy (Same to the Default Policy) and assign it using a security or office 365 group. This will fix the call park feature issues and calls will be parked successfully. I ran into this and this is how I fixed it.
We just enabled an office for Teams Auto Attendant and Call Park seems to randomly fail. It either fails when trying to Call Park or when you enter the Pick-Up number, it drops the call. Also having a 5 minute timeout is ridiculous, plus there is no method of notification when someone actually picks the call up. Aside from being able to park from your desktop and pick-up on your mobile, this option is not ready for prime time.
