Microphone Failure Mac OS Teams Client for Mac
The external microphone fails periodically during teams meetings. The Mac client screen pops that the microphone is not working. The external video continues to work on the same device as the microphone. Meaning there is no hardware or connectivity issue during these failures. Furthermore the microphone is accessible by other applications when it is not working on the teams client. This isolates the Teams Mac client as the problem. I have searched several threads that identify the same problem. However I cannot locate a bug or an ETA on a fix. What is the plan to resolve this known problem? Logs attached for inspection.
