Can't see shared content when joining a meeting from the web client after content has been shared
We're seeing an issue where if an attendee joins an in progress meeting from the web client, where content is already being shared, that the late attendee cannot see the shared content unless the person stops and restarts the sharing.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Team member A starts meeting (from desktop client or web client)
2. Team member A shares content (desktop or app)
3. Team member B joins via web client (can't see the shared content)
4. Team Member A stops sharing
5. Team Member A re-shares content
6. Team Member B can then see the shared content
