Problems taking control on a MacBook
We would like to ask your guidance because some users who use Microsoft Teams on MacBook have the following problem:
When they request control they can have access, but when they want to execute some action they are unable to do nothing.
They're using Teams from the desktop.
The problem occurs when control is given from Windows to
MacBook and from MacBook to MacBook.
What's interesting is that one of the users can get in control and
work from their MacBook without problems.
(He has OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6)
The others users who are having the problem have this version: macOS Mojave version 10.14.6.
I followed the suggestions posted in this forum without success.
We need help urgent.
