Can't login in Desktop app
I've been using Teams for a while and sometimes it stops displaying icons, emojis, or pictures within the app itself. So I restart, and then I can't login, I always get the same error:
We're sorry, there was a problem… etc.
If I try to login again using the button, I get a blank window with nothing on it. I tried completely uninstalling Teams and it worked once, but now the same actions do not yield the same result, I'm stuck with the web app that has a lot less features for me.
And that's it, it will always happen the same no matter what. Can't login.
I've tried already:
Delete all this:
~/Library/Caches/com.microsoft.teams
~/Library/Caches/com.microsoft.teams.shipit (<-- I never had this one file, actually)
~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams
~/Library/Application Support/com.microsoft.teams
~/Library/Application Support/com.apple.backgroundtaskmanagementagent/backgrounditems.btm
~/Library/Preferences/com.microsoft.teams.plist
Delete Teams items in the Mac Keychain:
com.microsoft.teams.HockeySDK
Microsoft Teams Identities Cache
Delete Teams app itself.
Change my password.
Empty the Mac's trashcan.
Restart the computer.
Reinstall Teams from scratch.
Did this all over, many times, after deleting everything, again and again, didn't work. In a different iMac my account works just fine. But in this computer where I'm supposed to use Teams in my Organization, it doesn't login anymore. All the other Office 365 apps work fine (Outlook, Word, Excel…).

This is so silly because I had the same problems with blank window after reinstalling the app, and again I fixed it turning on the VPN app in the Mac. Now it logins fine. Rificulous!

Still doesn't work.
YES, I've been trying all this time because I can't see more than ONE of my coworkers during the videocalls in the web version and that is SO ANNOYING. Also I can't blur my background! Thanks, MS.

I've been trying to login every 2 or 3 days and never worked but this morning…
I deleted everything again and restarted and reinstalled from scratch, of course it didn't work. Then after half an hour I tried again and it failed but the third time without deleting or reinstalling anything. it finally worked.
There has to be something really wrong on your side because it logs in just when it wants to, is not related to what the user does, deletes, reinstalls or anything.
Please fix this, we use it for work remotely daily, not just for fun.
