Shared Voicemail Custom Greeting
I have followed the suggestions for creating O365 groups for shared voicemail in Auto Attendants but is there anyway i can change/personalise the greeting for the shared voicemail?

For businesses that professionally recorded voicemail greetings it's terribe to then have to have the MS automated ' Please wait whilst we transfer your call' & 'leave a message and then hang up'.
This results in an inconsistent voice and image from the end customer as it's mixing MS voices with recorded messages.
The ability to remove/disable/customise these standard MS messages is a must on shared voicemail boxes in the auto attendant.

We play an out of office message on the autoattendant and then there is about a 2 second delay before the standard voicemail message on the shared group kicks in. People can think the call has ended in that delay.
Even if there was an option to have no message in the Shared Voicemail Group (i.e. just a beep) that would be enough and then we could put the whole Voicemail message on the autoattendant.
And I can't say please leave a message on the autoattendant when it repeats it on the shared voicemail custom greetin
At the moment its just not professional and should be fixable

Is this seriously not possible?

This should be a standard feature! Large organisations require a professionally recorded voicemail message that sounds similar to the rest of their AA or CQ. If this is not possible, the administrator should have the ability to set the default greeting to null. The administrator can then use an AA to play the message that want to play and then forward to voicemail that has (no greeting) so it sounds seamless to the person calling in.
