(firstname.lastname@example.org) Teams email notifications quarantined as phish
We use both Teams and Outlook/Exchange. Some email notifications from Teams (e.g. when message is posted in a Channel) get quarantined due to phishing suspicion.
These are emails sent by email@example.com.
I checked our Anti-phishing policy (from Security & Compliance dashboard) and I can't see anything that would cause Teams notification to be quarantined.
It is increasing Spam Confidence Level 5 and blocking almost 100 emails a day
As this is Microsoft email address technically there is no need to add in Safe sender list
How do you sign into mobile for Microsoft teams
We are seeing the same issue, MS referred us to this post and said there is no fix yet.
Logged a support ticket with Microsoft and they just pointed me at this page and said there's no update and don't know when it'll be fixed. Rubbish.

Same issue here. I just checked the mail headers from the quarantined mails and noticed the DKIM fail. We are heaving the issue since 31-03-2020.

dkim headers show dkim=fail This results in email being placed into quarantine, depending on users settings
same issue here! we notice this in users that have mail forwared to external mailboxes that have strict policies. Mails either get bounced or arrive in spambox.
email.teams.microsoft.com has been failing DKIM checks since 31MAR2020 for me.
