Teams local client got removed when clicking on the download Teams link . When user join a meeting through Outlook calendar, a web page pop up which provide couple options to join the meeting. A lot of users click on the "Get the app" button instead of click the launch it now. On a windows 10 machine, when the user clicks the Get the app, it will download the installation file and will install the Team client again. However, it will fail which leave Team in the middle of the uninstall process and no longer functioning.
