Accessibility bug: No ability to control notifications for specific teams / all teams: a real problem for ADHD users
Give us control over notifications. Notifications from random teams should not appear the same as chat notifications and should be configurable. Ability to toggle notifications for individual teams on and off.
This is the single worst Microsoft application I use regarding control over notifications.

Not only this, but the notifications are so persistent. A toast pops up, then the taskbar item flashes for a few seconds, then stays highlit.
I even get this for messages I am replying to when Teams has focus.
I'd love to be able to dial down the importance of those notifications, so it acts more like Slack — I get a toast, then a number jewel on the taskbar. That gets my attention but then lets me go back to what I was doing previously.
This might be “by design”, but the design makes life **** for ADHD users who HAVE TO respond to chat message but CAN’T be distracted by random posts to large team sites.
Please empower every person on the planet to do more, including people with ADHD.
As great as the Outlook team has been for ADHD users, Teams has been equally bad. Please make the notifications stop.
