Unable to switch organizations in mobile app on Android
Trying to send a message to my team and am not able to switch to main organization to do so.
After force stop and restart of the app it is possible to switch.
I can see this post was created in 2019, and since then this feature has generally been working fine for me. The latest update has broken this again however I'm now on version: 1416/188.8.131.521032302/0519 with calling version 2021.1401.1 and am linked in with a corporate account and authenticator app / intune.

Same issue, can only access my primary organisation, it looks like it is switching then borks.
Android, Teams and Intune.
This bug is back with a vengeance for 2 weeks now. It specifically affects registered and Intune Managed devices. You can sign in and access your primary "home" org, but if you are a guest in other orgs, you cannot switch to them. It's nearly paralyzed my field support team who for several weeks now have been unable to interact with customers and have had to take a huge step back to using email.
I have similar issue (just started). I can't switch to my secondary account (same account but as a guest in a different server). When I choose to switch it gives the wait icon and just when it looks like it switches a toast message blinks with the original group/server name and I'm put back in the primary account.
Having the same problem as well as notification from the organisation on other accounts aren't showing.
