Inbound Calls during Calls/Meetings disrupt the current activity
Inbound Calls during a Call or Meeting place the current call on hold (even large meetings) creating a disruption. These inbound calls should be pushed to voicemail. Example: Large meeting is taking place, an attendee gets an inbound call, immediately places the entire meeting on hold/disrupts the presentation/starts hold music across all audio.
It's not the only issue. Why can I receive calls during a meeting or another call at all. Calling someone during a meeting or another call shouldn't be possible. The caller should receive an information that the person he/she traying to reach is on a call or on a meeting right now.

This is a big problem. How do we stop incoming calls from placing a current call on hold? A "Resume" button appears, but it is often either ineffective (repeatedly pressing "Resume" has no effect), or it just take a long time (several seconds) to have an effect.
