Cannot Give Control to another user in a meeting when docked
Would love to sort out a fix for this as it's one of the key pieces lacking within Teams that we currently have covered with Jabber that is undermining a migration to Teams.
It seems that when docked (all of our notebooks use USB docks these days), a user cannot pass control to another, as Teams will bark about hardware acceleration. Remove the dock, the problem is resolved. Web searches suggest this is a relatively common issue across a wide variety of docks; that the actual hardware acceleration setting is seldom to blame.

I am also seeing this same issue. I took my Surface laptop home where I use a USB-C universal docking station with the external monitor set as primary, and giving control worked fine. In my office, however, with a Surface dock, I was training this morning where the external monitor is set as my main screen (same scenario), and I could not give control to attendees. The option is greyed out. We use Teams in a teaching context and this functionality is critical. Others are reporting this in answers.microsoft.com (dating back to about Sep 2019) but it is August 2020 and I'm still seeing this in the latest version of Teams.
