Unable to unmute in teams meeting using the IOS app.
I’m unable to unmute from with in the Teams IOS app when joining any Teams meeting. Selecting/clicking the mute button does nothing...I can however select/click the video/camera button right next to it and it works like it should.
Also, if I unmute before joining the meeting that works..but once I select mute while in the meeting..then there is no way to unmute myself..and staying unmuted throughout the entire meeting is not a realistic option all the time.
Please help..I have checked all settings...manually uninstalled the app, reinstalled..same issue..I’m at a loss. Plus as our company continues to transition from Skype to Teams...more and more meetings are becoming Teams which is making this very difficult to perform my job.
My problem presents slightly differently. Initially, when I add the iPhone to the call, while maintaining the computer call, I am able to mute and unmute on the iPhone. But after a while, the unmute button becomes unresponsive. I have to unmute the computer if I want to speak. And strangely enough, I get an echo, despite the microphone on my iPhone being muted.
This is happening to me as well. Is there a solution?
This problem started recently 1 month back. may be in some update. By when this will be resolved.
Exactly same issue in my iphone... however in my ipad it works perfectly.

Same here. Not possible at all. Need to use “call me” functionally to be able to participate and not only listen to teams calls. Very upset about that.
Have exactly the same issue. Sometimes I'm lucky and the organizer enable to callback function so I can use that to join audio - otherwise I'm stuck on mute. Very annoying.
