Teams desktop memory and CPU leak
Windows 7 with all updates. Desktop Teams 1.2.00.21068 (64-bit) - the latest available for me at this moment. High CPU and memory usage (see attached image). Teams window is not active, no chats and other activity. It happens sometimes, I can't find any pattern. The only way is to kill processes. Closing the app just closes that process with high memory usage.
Installed Memory - 8 GB, Processor - Intel Core i5-2320
Yes. Video is what uses a lot of memory than it is intended. Electron just don't give up memory when not in need.
There is already a "memory" hog Teams user voice request with thousands of votes.
Suggest: Turn of participant videos in the mean time.
