Enabling permissions for location services on Android also worked for me. Before enabling, the app would not even display my connected Bluetooth headset as an audio device option. Not sure why location services is needed. Bug?

I noticed this happening on my mobile as well as desktop and I have previously been able to connect the same pair of bluetooth headphones without any issues.

Location services already enabled, app still does not want to use the connected Bluetooth device.

Same issue, but enabling location services did not solve it. Same issue for any connected bluetooth device. Bt devices work fine for making e.g. normal phone calls from my Nokia 8.1 phone. Issue only with MS Teams.

I had the same issue, for some reason enabling location services in the Android settings for teams seem to resolve the issue
