Authentication Issues - Continually tries to have me login
I'll update this next time I see it happen on my phone... It'll be a bit vague now since the report is all from memory.
When opening the Teams app I am prompted to log back in. If I try to log back in the app will go into a loop of trying to sign on and it'll flash up a bunch of screens that typically go away before I can understand what it says.
If I hit back, it'll often take me to my messages, which may be out of sync because I'm not actually authenticated.

I don't have this issue but a colleague who has multi factor authentication switched on has it
Been having this issue on my Galaxy S9+ and Note 10+ too. Very frustrating.

This is a very annoying issues still exist, promoting me to uninstall Teams

I'm having this problem as well on my Pixel 3. One of my employees with a Pixel 2 also has this problem. Other co-workers do not seem to have this issue, despite being on the same phones.
Please, Microsoft! Fix this. It's impossible to be productive on my phone with your office suite. I'm asked to authenticate every hour at least.
I'm experiencing the same issue described by @Gen on Android devices. The most frustrating part for me is that I have to fully uninstall and re-install the app to get any current content. Then the app works for a few days and then does this again.
As others have said, shows pick acct screen briefly then flashes and sometimes logs in with SSO other times prompts for organization's 2FA despite having logged in within previous 8-24 hours. Same with Outlook (shows email, can open, but prompts to Sign In). Also not receiving notifications on Android. Been happening for a couple weeks at least. Uninstall/reinstall O365 suite did not resolve.

Is it related to SSO integration? I see this happening on outlook app too . Frustrating to sign in each time

This has been happening to many of our users as well specifically with Android Phones. Push notifications stops being received, and when going into the app it prompts to login.
The login sequence cycles through several screens (we use Office365 with federated authentication) and sometimes it goes through and updates, sometimes it requires a login.
This is also happening with Outlook on Android
