Notifications are not coming
After the new update, there is a problem in the notifications. While chatting if the window is minimized the new message notification is not appearing.

The fix for notifications not appearing/playing when Teams is minimized is rolling out to the public ring. We expect it to be rolled out 100% by the weekend – I’ll update this item at that point.

Same issue. we have a large team and are finding that despite consistent settings across platforms, different team members are experiencing a range of issues around notifications not being received.

I’ve been the same issue, I enabled notifications from both Teams settings and phone settings, still unable to get even a single notification. Kindly fix it ASAP.

Having the same issue - most of my notifications are set to "banner and email", with missed activity frequency "as soon as possible" but I'm not getting emails!
It seems like Channel notification settings might be overriding the general notification settings - and bizarrely, there's no "email" option for Channel notifications

Have tried everything many many times but can't get the notifications to work and stay on. Sometimes working for a short period but then again not. Solution please!

Have a similar issue. I do receive new messages notifications from the app on my cellphone, but the notification disappears about 2 seconds later. So if I miss the notification and look at my phone even 5 seconds later I won't see anything.
Haven't looked down into it much, but could it be related with the feature that send only notifications if you aren't active? Like if getting the notification put you back as "active" thus removing the notification?

Have tried everything but can't get the notifications to work. Didn't get an important msg from my boss as he assumed my teams app will notify me just like WhatsApp or other msging apps do.

Every time I forget about this issue, it hits me in the face again. I just had to pull to refresh and wait 30 secs to get a message that I received hours ago

Has this bug been fixed yet? I just installed Teams and I'm not receiving any notifications. Not in the desktop or mobile app. I've migrated my team from StaffHub to the Shifts app. In StaffHub I got notifications for time off requests and start of shifts. In the Shifts app, nothing!

Has there been a repair to this? We just converted and are not enjoying that there is no sound for when a new chat message appears! Need HELP!
