  1. Webinar wrong data format on registration form

    When creating a when a Webinar the customize registration form shows correct UK timezone and UK date format dd/mm/yyyy but when sending the registration link the form shows the correct time format but the date format is in US format mm/dd/yyyy which is confusing users especially for any day before the 13th.

  2. Keyboard issues with teams on android

    Message entry box often disappears behind the keyboard and I have to exit keyboard and start over to edit my message. This is new with latest version from a week or so ago. I'm on Galaxy Note 10+ on Android 11. Previous to this problem, an update a few months ago broke the ability to use Speech to text reliably. If I had to edit a message I would have to close the keyboard and tap in the message to begin editing again after using speech to text.   3. Typing Note 10+ disappears

    When typing the cursor disappears and does not delete well until you click on the typing banner.

    Rep Steps.

    1 Open Chat
    2 Click typing area first time.
    3 Text appears
    4 When deleting text does not fully delete
    5 Need to touch cursor again to get marker
    6 Delete and it works.

  4. Microsoft Teams Android rooms and personal account issues

    Hello,

    I encounter a bug with the android bars of the Microsoft Teams room
    Poly X30 + TC8 Up to Date.

    When you associate a personal account with the bar and not a room account, the camera is disabled by default which is normal.

    The problem is that it shows it active on the TC8 when it is disabled.

    So the user has to click on disable when it is marked active and then enable... which degrades the user experience.

    Do you have the same problem?

  6. Teams meeting windows are always in Dark mode

    Please change the behaviour of the Teams meeting window so that it mirrors the Light/Dark mode setting of the main Teams window.

  7. debian package pool not reachable

    while upgrading my ubuntu installation with "sudo apt upgrade", an error occured stating that the deb-package for teams is 404:

    https://packages.microsoft.com/repos/ms-teams/pool/main/t/teams/teams1.4.00.13653amd64.deb

    While checking the path, i noticed that the whole https://packages.microsoft.com/repos/ms-teams/pool folder is not accessible.

    Please repair the repo-structure.

  8. Multiple bugs when switching organization accounts

    I have 3 Teams account that I use : one master account for my company as well as guest accounts with 2 of my current customers. When I use the laptop app, I regularly have bugs when I have to switch between accounts (multiple times a day). The last one that occurred showed a red warning in front of my guest accounts, and when hoovering on it, it said "we have trouble signing you in". If I tried to force the switch, but all my customer's contacts in the chat were displayed as "unknown users" and I couldn't contact anyone...…

  11. Teams steals focus during meeting causing security risk!

    During a meeting, if a meeting participant turns on their camera or begins sharing their screen and I am in another program, the MS Teams meeting window will steal focus from whatever program I'm currently working in.

    It only seems to happen when someone presents (or stops presenting) or shares their camera (or stops sharing camera). Notifications or chats within the meeting don't seem to do this.

    Sometimes the bug will also perform a "click" function and toggle on/off whatever the last object I toggled. For example, say I muted myself and then switched to a Chrome browser, when this…

  12. Teams channel not synchronized with call queue

    The Channel I use for my Call queues is not synchronized at all.
    When I leave the queue via my calls menu in the settings the channel still tells me I am part of the queue. The History is not up to date, from my experience this worked in the past. Also when my colleague leave our call queue it is not reflected on my end.

  13. adding participants to a private chat audio or video call converts it to a group chat which can't be changed back to a private chat

    Let's say I have a private chat, just me and another user. We're on a call together and need to invite someone else to answer a specific point. Using the Add Participants option converts this private chat to a group chat for everyone, and when that added participant leaves the chat group, it remains in their chat history, but it also remains as a group chat that now contains only 2 members (the original two in the private chat) rather than being converted back to a private chat.   14. Mobile Chat

    When messaging someone using the android app, if you want to chat you have to click the test box. In doing so, the name of the recipient kind of scrolls up and out of the screen i.e. I can't see the name of recipient. This is sometimes annoying and unnecessary as only the chat needs to scroll and not the name.

  16. A BUG - Unable to remove or change profile photo in Teams free (not in desktop app, mobile app nor on web)

    Hi,

    after several days of trying to remove or at least to change my profile photo, I am giving up - it cannot be done.

    Can you somehow delete it? Where is it stored??

    No error was reported. I click Remove photo and then Save, the windows closes, but no changes are visible. I have tried it al at least 20 times (desktop app, web, phone app). The photo keeps reappearing after "being removed".

    There is a link attached - i posted this question already and was advised to post it here, since they think it is a bug.

  19. Status between computer and mobile

    It keeps not synchronizing status between computer and mobile. If one is working on a computer as available status and for some reason needs to transfer activity to mobile the activity status on mobile keeps undefined

  20. Some messages not received on mobile app

    Some messages, but not others, are received on the mobile app. It seems a bit random, but one consistent problem I've noticed is if someone sends two consecutive messages in a chat, only the last messages appears in the mobile app (but both appear in the desktop app). Obviously, this leads to a lot of confusion.
