  1. Very poor resolution in screen sharing when using the Teams web client

I was testing Teams today for viability as our meetings software package. However we have run into a serious issue. When an external user joins via the browser the resolution of the screen share is so low as to render the image unrecognisable. The user then installed the Windows client and re-joined. This time the resolution was somewhat better but still not full quality. Also the lack of an "Actual Size" button as in Skype for Business is a real limitation with regard to screen sharing.

  2. Google Chrome displays popup "Try a different browser" when trying to make a call

I tried to make a call with "Chrome Version 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) in Windows 10 Pro" by clicking phone icon from one persons chat.

    I'm getting popup that says

    Try a different browser
This feature isn't available yet for your browser. Try the web app with
Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, or switch to the desktop app.

  3. Joined with Chrome to a meeting and could only see one person's video

This is first time I tried browser version of Teams, I was using Chrome Version 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) in Windows 10 Pro. All others where using Windows Teams app. One of our team members started a meeting and people started joining. I could only see video from person who started that meeting and others could see my video. I hovered over users video icon that I couldn't see and it said "video is not supported in your browser yet".

  4. Cannot use Safari even after disabling Intelligent Tracking Protection

I've tried to use Safari 12.1 (14607.1.40.1.4) (macOS 10.14.4) to access the Teams web app all to avoid an issue with OAuth not working due to the ancient embedded chromium browser in the desktop version of Teams. (GitHub does not support the old version and is disabling OAuth authorizations using the embedded browser with a scary banner.)

So, annoying, but okay, I'll use the web app to get around this issue. Except the Safari preview requires that I disable Intelligent Tracking Prevention in the browser, globally. Grrrr.... Fine. Take my privacy, I just need my GitHub plugin authorized.

    Except, even…

  8. Session closing every day

Every single day I have to login again on Teams/Outlook. Even though I do not close the browser, I do not remove cookies, I do not login on another computer, I do not have any addon to remove cookies and I do click on "YES" when asked to keep my session open for longer.
It's been at least a month since this started happening and I am really really tired of this bug.

  9. Avatars and channel images are broken

Since last friday avatars are not showing, both in the teams view and on private conversations. Also I can't see team's images.
This is happening on Firefox. I have tried opening a private window but the error persists.
    It works on Chromium.
