  6. Screen Sharing and Camera don't work together

    When I share the screen on Teams for Linux, the video-camera automatically gets disabled and I can't ********* again.
    I'm required to have the camera on while I share the screen during an exam.
    Is there a workaround to solve this problem?

  9. GCC High User Can't Connect To Non-Government Meetings

    Whenever people logged into our GCC High tenants try to join a regular non-GCC teams instance (even just going to teams.microsoft.com) they get this error.

    Clicking on the generic link in a Microsoft Teams meeting that's sent out results in the error, making it very hard for them to sign in / log into the meeting. Having to train to use Private/Incognito mode, then to NOT sign in, and then have the meeting organizer know they're going to show up as a guest (rather than restricting to just invited people) is a total pain.

  10. Can't see shared content when joining a meeting from the web client after content has been shared

    We're seeing an issue where if an attendee joins an in progress meeting from the web client, where content is already being shared, that the late attendee cannot see the shared content unless the person stops and restarts the sharing.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Team member A starts meeting (from desktop client or web client)
    2. Team member A shares content (desktop or app)
    3. Team member B joins via web client (can't see the shared content)
    4. Team Member A stops sharing
    5. Team Member A re-shares content
    6. Team Member B can then see the shared content

    WTF? your web client causes lots of angular errors which are visible in browser console. moreover I can't send any pictores for some peoples. that's unprofessional. I attach an example.

  12. Webcam not working in Teams for Linux

    I know i've selected web but there isn't a bug report for linux so here goes nothing:

    Recently I started using teams for my school but my webcam in my linux laptop wasn't working, so I decided to install droidcam which turns my phone into a USB webcam, and it was working fine until today when it suddenly decided to not detect my webcam.   14. Chromium Linux video calling incorrectly unsupported

    According to this web page (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/limits-specifications-teams#browsers), Chrome and Chromium-based Edge are fully supported for video calls and screen sharing. Yet when trying to join a meeting on Linux with the Chromium browser (which has the same user agent as Chrome) I get the message "This feature isn’t available yet for your browser. Try the web app with Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, or switch to the desktop app." Manually setting the user agent to the Windows version of Chrome rather than the Linux version used as default allows me to join the meeting with audio and video.

  15. Downloads possible from Teams Web App when supposedly blocked by Conditional Access session controls

    We have been testing Conditional Access Sessions Controls, and there is a workaround that allows users to download some types of file. For instance, when editing an Word document through the Teams web app, the File > Save As > 'Download as PDF' and 'Download as ODT' options allow you to download files and in effect work round the controls.
    Trying the exact same thing when editing natively in Word web app (i.e. direct in SharePoint) is blocked successfully, so looks to be a Teams/CASC specific bug.
    I have tested in PowerPoint also and the equivalent options (Download as PDF/ODT)…

  18. I don´t hear others - they can hear me. Manjaro, Chromium, correct Audio settings

    I do not hear audio.
    The others can hear me.
    I use Manjaro - and the Web-App on Chromium. Since Firefox isn´t supported, I could not test.
    Audio settings are correct.
    Loudspeakers work normally - on system test, while watching Youtube...
    One time it worked - once I unplugged the 2. Screen. Even though the Screen had no AudioOutput.

  19. The web app will not refresh the emojis for the first reply to a post until the user web app is terminated and restarted.

    The issue is likely a common CS problem with indexing starting at 1 instead of 0 in the web app sync routine with the server. The desktop app will refresh all the emojis for the first reply.

  20. web video does not work after presenter stops sharing

    1) Presenter enables screen sharing.
    2) Presenter stops sharing
    3) Presenter starts sharing screen again (but video here does not work unless reload page and rejoin meeting)
