  1. No Internet. Reconnect to keep the conversation going. Does not reconnect

    Teams does not auto reconnect if connection interrupted. I do not notice a loss of internet on any other app but for some reason Teams regularly loses connection and in chat displays message " No Internet. Reconnect to keep the conversation going." This does not correct itself if shut Teams and reopen the only way to clear the bug is to completely log off and back on again.

  2. MS Teams constantly crash when sharing screen

    Teams crashes on every call and meeting when I try share my screen. If I'm lucky it will be ok for 1 or 2 mins max before crashing.

    Other users in my organisation and 3rd party calls often share their screens with me with no issue.

    'Old' Skype for business we have, still working fine, but my company is losing this soon.

    Microsoft - seems to be a very common compliant - please fix very soon.

  3. MS-TEAMS users cannot upload/update Profile pictures. USELESS ERROR MESSAGE: "There was a problem with saving the photo. Please try again."

    MS-TEAMS users cannot upload/update Profile pictures. USELESS ERROR MESSAGE: "There was a problem with saving the photo. Please try again." Have tried updating profile image on Outlook 2016. Have tried updating profile image in Office 365. Nothing works. It's hopeless -- and so typical of Microsoft that such an unaddressed error should occur. NOT good enough!!

  4. Date format changing in Excel spreadsheet

    We have an annoying problem where the date column on a shared spreadsheet keeps changing from English to US date formats. This seems to effect different fields differently and then when changing the timezone to English in both teams and excel instead of reverting back to the date entered it changes it. Essentially it has ruined our clinical spreadsheet.

  5. Microphone volume gets progressively louder

    Since the last update, I am now on 1.300.19565 (64 bit), Teams is increasing my microphone volume to the point where I am blowing out everyones ear drums. I checked the Windows properties microphone level and I can watch is climb to 100 and stay there. Even with exclusive mode unchecked. Teams is not respecting Windows settings.

  6. Memory usage inefficiency of this Product affects workability

    Inefficient memory usage by Teams or Technology used by Teams renders it very bad product which affects workability of the user. This can be particularly seen hampering when you are on Teams Call (Even audio) and then try to do screen share & then work on an application/web page browsing etc on what your are demo'ing. This show pretty bad image of the Application. We need to get rid of the same.

  8. Teams client on CentOS 7.7 utilizes 1 CPU core after a call

    When starting the Teams Linux client on CentOS 7.7 everything is fine, but after calling someone else, the app utilizes 1 CPU core and does not stop to do so until restarted.

    Teams version: teams-1.3.00.5153-1.x86_64

  10. takes time to load or not upload message and images to chat history

    when I want to check the chat history and back with the mouse scroll back it takes a few seconds to show the message history and upload the images, even in occasion the images are never shown, instead the broken link icon of image, this issue has been using Teams for several months. I wonder why Teams takes time to load messages and images and Skype if you show them right away. Attached images.

  11. Audio delay of up to 20 seconds for others to hear me on Teams calls

    On Teams audio calls, whether I initiate or another person calls me, I can hear them immediately, but they cannot hear me for 15-20 seconds. This is very annoying as I have to send them a chat saying wait for about 20 seconds to hear me or else they frequently hang up!

    This is on the desktop Teams (no Skype involved).

  12. Files going missing error.

    When I go to Teams to access assignments that I am working on, I am getting a "sorry, we couldn't find your file" error message. I cannot access my assignments.

  13. Battery drains quickly

    I observed it a alot of times, my mobile battery drains very quickly.
    My Mobile's battery is 100 % charged then when we use to join the class after 15 min my battery drains to 92% it drains, so quickly we even don't no about & it also uses a lot of storage in my mobile.
    Fact is my mobile is brand new. I just purchased it a 2months ago & then also its draining fast
    & It only happens when i uses Microsoft Team only. I also updated the app to the latest version.

  14. Teams uses too much resources.

    Ms Teams is eating too much memory and cpu cycles

    please focus on performance before adding features. On lower end and mid range devices the expericence is horrible. lots of our students complaint over this problem. on the same low end devices zoom works fine.

    To slow to chat on mobile device not as quick and snappy as WhatsApp... And you cannot reply using ur desktop client... Only available in handset

  18. Fill form lagging and loading forever

    Hi, I have fill up this form 'Fill | ' everyday, but everytime I login from my Android phone, the loading gif keeps spinning (like 20mins and I give up waiting) and the form does not load up for me enter any values. My current workaround is to clear data and cache from Apps > Microsoft Teams. But if I do this, I have to login all over again.
    Is there a performance issue with the fill form, that cause this lag?

  19. Unable to start audio/video call with another WVD teams user

    Installed latest Teams client machine-wide .msi and installed WebRTC component and can confirm that both people show WVD optimized in Teams client in WVD and have the correct local devices showing for audio and video but the call fails with Sorry, we couldn't connect you. Any ideas what is going on?
