  1. Authentication Issues - Continually tries to have me login

    I'll update this next time I see it happen on my phone... It'll be a bit vague now since the report is all from memory.

    When opening the Teams app I am prompted to log back in. If I try to log back in the app will go into a loop of trying to sign on and it'll flash up a bunch of screens that typically go away before I can understand what it says.

    If I hit back, it'll often take me to my messages, which may be out of sync because I'm not actually authenticated.

  2. Android no longer holding sign in info for the past few weeks. Uninstalling and reinstall does not resolve

    Fix the sign in loop for Outlook and Teams mobile apps for Android devices. The apps continually request sign in info and do not keep up to date/real time messages due to the sign in being lost. When clicking the notification (see attached) it does not require you to input a password, it just tries to reconnect.

  3. Android Teams login issues

    I have to login to Teams each time I switch to it on android, then log back into outlook each time I switch back

  4. Mobile: Sign In Causes Outlook Sign Out

    Signing into Teams on Android causes the Outlook app to requiere sign in again. Then signing in with Outlook signs out of Teams. And the loop continues.

  5. Teams Android Login security bug

    If I changed my Microsoft teams password in Desktop and then try to use the teams Android app, it prompts me to enter the credentials again as a notification, but if I ignore it, I can still see my previos chat history and files. Now, this is a security bug, like in case if an employee is leaving, he still can access files which he had used in teams through the mobile app.

  6. No notifications

    Setting on mobile is to have notifications pushed to my mobile if inactive on desktop. So far I've never received any notifications on my Android phone.

  7. The Teams' calls doesn't connect to Bluetooth devices

    Although it shows an option to speak the calls on Bluetooth device when I try using, it never connect me to my headset. However my Bluetooth headset is already paired and connected to my mobile

  8. Doesn't load old conversations when you scroll up without tapping on a random one to make a few more appear

    When you scroll up, it doesn't load old conversations unless you tap on a random one, and then it loads a few more. Android.

  9. unable to switch to guests in Android mobile

    I have several guests whom granted from the customers.
    but when I switched to guest account to login the customer organization, It couldn't that and it remains the status of Microsoft organization of my account.
    even though I removed and re-installed app, but it was the same.

  12. Stopped getting all notifications since last update

    The title says it all. If the app is not in the foreground, I get no notifications at all, which makes it completely useless. Tried reinstalling, it did not solve the problem.

  13. The Teams app is unavailable on a managed crhomebook (pixelbook)

    When using a chromebook device that is managed by a Gsuite domain, the Teams app is not available in the play store for work. The Gsuite admin can approve the application, and configure it to install automatically however the application never appears in the play store for work.

    We've opened a case with Google in case it was on their end but they've reviewed the configuration and verified everything should work. Applications from other vendors (Google, Slack, Dropbox, etc.) are able to be downloaded and used from the play store for work. Google's advice was to report the problem to…

  14. Teams/Outlook incompatible on Android

    For about two weeks, the Teams and Outlook can no longer tun in sync for the account I am running in Teams. I get constant prompts from either Outlook or Teams that I need to login again. Very annoying, especially with two-factor authentication. Only happens on Android, not on Windows. Running Android 9 on a Moto G7 with Google Fi. Please help.

  15. Not working on Samsung Galaxy Note 10

    I upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy Note 10, and the app doesn't update chats or show online status of my team.

    The iPhone app is working properly. I have checked with the infrastructure team. This is only an issue with Samsung Galaxy 10 model phones in our organization.

    It's an inconvenience, not a show stopper.

  17. Answering a call triggers mobile phone ringtone that repeats endlessly

    Answering a teams call on a Pixel 2 while wearing headphones triggers the phone's ringtone that repeats endlessly until the phone is rebooted. Hugely inconvenient and makes it impossible to speak on the teams call.

  19. Do not disturb / auto replies / quiet hours not working

    When I use the teams mobile app, even if I am on DND, or auto replies, calls will still ring to my device.
    I recently tried to do "quiet hours" as I am currently out of the office. Calls are still ringing through.

    The only way to fix this is to log out of the app, but then I cant see my messages or make calls....

    Very unhelpful

    The Android app does not have any button or link to add/upload a file to the Files tab of a channel.
