  1. Private channels - not reporting membership correctly

    We have recently started using Private Channels to allow external guest users to access our Teams. We have an issue where guests were added to a Team but the users were not being reported correctly (i.e. the totals were wrong and sometimes the listed people had people missing). The update log that is stored in the channel seems correct, but the interface doesn't correctly display who has access to the private channel.

    Have these inconsistencies been seen before?

    Not being able to reliably see who has access to a private channel is a serious issue for us.

  2. External contacts from historic meetings are automatically added to meeting

    Too many external attendees are added to the meeting.
    I have 3 separeate outlook meetings with different external users to all. At the 3 meeting in the row ALL historic external users are added to the teams meeting. They do not exist in the outlook invites. There are no link between the meetings.
    The externals are not able to join the meeting - luckily but they get notifications in their team chat from the meetings chat flow.

  3. Global admin is not able to invite or add guest using Teams admin center

    I refer to Case ID:20320290 and to official document "Add a guest to a team". It says Global admins OR Teams admins and team owners can add a guest to a team in the Teams clients OR in the Teams admin center. However as a Global Admin, I get an error: "We can't find any team members to add." The Microsoft Support has advised me to use uservoice. Right now, to add guest, the global admin has to join the team as an owner then use the Team clients. It is not operationally feasible for the Global Admin to join…

  4. Everyone can access to remove from meeting to someone

    Anyone is able to remove me from meeting and i can't even see who done this fix this issue plz

  7. IMPOSIBLE CONFIGURAR LA APP DE TEAMS I ONENOTE solo con el movil. Para ver el código que me han enviado al correo tengo que salir de la app

    Cuando descargo la App a mi smartphone (Tanto TEAMs como OneNote), me pide que cree una cuenta. Para ello, envía a un mensaje con un "código de verificación de mi cuenta" a mi correo electrónico.
    Para abrir el correo en mi smartphone, tengo que salir de la App i entrar en mi mail. Pero si salgo de la configuración de la App el código ya no me sirve....

  9. Can't add all participants as guests. Out of a group of 13, I have issues with some of them.

    I have issues to add people to a team. After some time, if I have issues to add 3 people, it can allow 1 person to join, and still after some hours the other 2 can't join, despite there were no problems to add 10 people more. how can I solve this? thanks!

  10. Guests not seeing a private channel

    Guests that belong to the team and are added to a private channel in that Team cannot see the private channel. We created a Team to work with a client back in March. It only had one channel (General) until December. We decided to test the Private Channel capability with a few of the members. We added two guests and an internal person

  11. Guest Users cannot see the additional tabs anymore!

    Unfortunately, for some reason the guest users cannot see the additional tabs anymore (only conversations and files). This problem is known since today. Are there any new settings in the Teams Admin Center that we missed / did not catch?

  12. guest translation

    Guest users do not have the inline translation of messages available to them, even thought it is activated in the tenant accessed as a guest. Can this please be made available.

  13. Accessing another team where I am the guest on the 64-bit version only returns me a 'sorry this isn't working' message

    I have the option to try again or sign out.

    If I was previously on the 'guest' account then I will be forever stuck in an infinite loop.

    I remedied this by uninstalling the 64-bit and installing the 32-bit which provided all required functionality.

  14. Guest cannot access Teams using browser

    We use Teams (Office 365) and our guest wanted to access our meeting, using the browser access possibility. We tried to accept their request to join us, but the action failed and the guest remained in the "waiting room". Our guest's workaround was to download and use the desktop app. But a working guest access by way of the web browser would be much better ...

  15. Guest permissions are not populated to new channels

    Guest permissions both set in Teams and admin center apply only to General channel. If we create a new channel under the team, guest users can reply to posts, and even create new posts.

  16. Removed guests still appear in user search suggestions when adding users to a call.

    Description: Guest users who have been removed from a Team still appear as search results when trying to add someone to a meeting.

    Repro Steps:
    1. Add a guest to a team.
    2. Start a meeting. In the 'Invite someone' search of the Participants pane, enter the first letter of the Guest's name find the Guest and invite them to the meeting.
    3. End the meeting.
    4. In 'Manage Team', remove the Guest from the team.
    5. Repeat Step 2. You will see that the Guest still shows up in the list.

    This same issue also appears in the 'Search…

  17. Get an error "You are not authorized" while trying to add a guest as super admin.

    The most important thing is: Get an error "You are not authorized" while trying to add a guest as super admin. We didnt configure anything on the azuresite, because we could invite guests and work with them on a team.

    After one week we cant add new guests and the existing guests are not able to look in there teams. But he is in the organisation as "guest" listed.
