  1. Control Bar in Teams blocking screen content while sharing screen

    While in a meeting or sharing screen the control bar floats ontop of content. there is not one single day I have to ask the other party to move their content so I can see it.

    Please make it possible to move + hide + minimize... I have audio controls on my headset ....

  2. Teams freezes if "Logitech Group" USB Conference Webcam is attached

    Whenever I plug in the "Logitech Group" conference system (webcam/microphone, https://www.logitech.com/de-de/product/conferencecam-group) into my Macbook Pro (Catalina 10.15.3) via USB, MS teams freezes and I cannot start any call. Only unplugging fixes the freeze.

    Basically I cannot use our video conferencing system with Teams, despite it being advertised as being compatible. Using other Apps on my Macbook to record videos works fine, so definitely a Teams problem.

  4. Call Queue Calls Answer Automatically when placing outbound call

    Using Microsoft Teams & CloudPBX with AA and Call Queues.

    If a user that is part of a call queue is actively making an outbound PSTN call (call not connected yet), and a call comes into the call queue, the outbound call is put on hold, and the inbound call is automatically answered, without the user actually clicking the answer button. The outbound caller hears nothing (because they are on hold.) We thought the fix would be to set the toggle on the call queue for "Agents can opt out of taking calls" but that didn't work.   5. Share Screen does not function when sharing desktop

    When I share my Desktop on either Screen #1 or Screen #2, the person I am sharing with only sees a black screen with my mouse cursor. If I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, clearing my cache, ensuring I have the most current version etc. I have tried sharing with multiple people and all of them only have this issue with me.

    If I share one window, share screen works properly. This problem only occurs when sharing desktop.

  6. Answering calls from a calling queue takes several seconds and sometimes answered calls are not connected

    We have one calling queue attached to an auto attendant for our company's main phone number. Our receptionist attempts to pick up calls using the Teams desktop client on Windows 10, but it often takes several seconds before the call is connected. Sometimes when attempting to answer, the caller only hears clicking and the receptionist is still unable to answer.

    Calls put on hold are sometimes unable to be picked back up without 30 seconds passing by.

    This is all with Domestic Calling Plan in the United States. I don't know how much more "vanilla" our environment could be, but…

  7. AD telephoneNumber field must appear in the Call drop-down menu

    In Skype for Business, any and all telephone numbers published in AD (i.e. main / primary "telephoneNumber", "mobile", "homePhone", "otherTelephone" etc.) would appear in a drop-down menu (along with the default "Skype for Business call") any time there was a call button, either from the buddy list or from the contact card.

    In Teams, this is quite broken:

    1 Phone numbers visible in the contact card in Teams are not diallable / hyperlinked.

    2 The Call button from the contact card presents a different user experience to the Call button in the chat screen. In the chat screen, it provides

  8. Can't answer incoming calls.

    I've missed 2 out of 2 incoming calls now because pressing the answer button did nothing. The phone was unlocked. It hit the button a dozen times, but it just kept ringing.

  9. Teams will not allow you to sync contacts with non unique phone numbers from outlook when using it as a PBX.

    Currently the teams 'calls' contacts will only sync contacts with unique phone numbers.

    This means that if, like us, you are an MSP then you will have several contacts per client that have the same phone number. This limited functionality means that only 1 contact from that client will sync into teams - meaning that most contacts don't actually get brought over into teams.

    I would like to see this changed, so that the phone number is set to a non unique field, allowing all contacts to sync across - even with duplicate phone numbers.

  10. Guest users are able to receive calls although the private call is not allowed for guest users.

    I've tested following guest experience scenario.
    Teams user in the organization: Allow private calling - ON
    Guest user: Allow private calling - OFF

    In this case, Guest users are not able to make private calls but able to receive calls from users in the organization. It should not be the expected behavior.

  11. Inbound Calls during Calls/Meetings disrupt the current activity

    Inbound Calls during a Call or Meeting place the current call on hold (even large meetings) creating a disruption. These inbound calls should be pushed to voicemail. Example: Large meeting is taking place, an attendee gets an inbound call, immediately places the entire meeting on hold/disrupts the presentation/starts hold music across all audio.

  12. Teams Android won't switch to Bluetooth

    When exiting Bluetooth automobile during an active call, I am unable to get the call to switch to reconnected Bluetooth headset. Exacerbating the situation is that call will not play on mobile device's speaker either.

    Call could not be answered on Galaxy S10 that was locked. The answer buttons had no effect.

  15. If you mute someone, you cannot unmute them

    Using the Windows client, if a user mutes another participant the user cannot later unmute them. The user should be able to do so.

    I.e. If a user has authority to mute, they should have authority to unmute.

  16. A visual bug in Teams during video call between Teams desktop and mobile

    A visual bug exists in Teams that appears when a Teams Desktop and Teams mobile have a 1:1 video call. If mobile user is in Portrait mode, and desktop user in Landscape mode, then image is displayed by taking full width from mobile. This incidentally crops its top and bottom in mobile user video. Mobile users thinks it is fine as he sees his own video properly, but the desktop user can't see the image entirely, loosing top and bottom of the video.

  17. Caller ID

    Would be nice if caller ID worked! All my contacts are in my Outlook and same with all of my employees, everyone sees this every time we get a call, caller ID has never worked! Get this fixed please! See picture! Using Polycom VVX600 phones on all our desks! Even the Skype for Biz and Teams Client saying the same thing!

  18. Teams does not respect Window's global volume setting.

    When in a team meeting with audio/video, the window volume settings have no effect on Teams volume. I have to change the volume separately in the Teams app.

    This is very inconvenient as it means when Teams starts a call is often inaudible or blasting too loud, whereas the Windows volume is set correctly for all other apps.

  20. Team calls and meetings not working over bluetooth

    When I'm on the road and need to call someone over Teams the app does not treat it as a call, the same goes for meetings over Teams. Sometimes it works as a fluke, but most of the time it doesn't. Skype works perfectly for this, but Teams has never worked for this purpose. Being able to take a meeting while in my car is a necessity, having to pull over to have a long meeting isn't a workable solution. I'm on Android
