  3. Guest users are able to receive calls although the private call is not allowed for guest users.

    I've tested following guest experience scenario.
    Teams user in the organization: Allow private calling - ON
    Guest user: Allow private calling - OFF

    In this case, Guest users are not able to make private calls but able to receive calls from users in the organization. It should not be the expected behavior.

  4. Resolve Bvd error. Unable to assign number to resource account

    It take more than 24 hours Infact we should kill the waiting period

  5. iOS client doesn’t show all attendees (more than 4). The additional attendee button doesn’t do anything.

    When there are more than 4 or 5 people on the call, iOS client shows the first 4 as tiles, and adds a button to show additional attendees. But tapping on that button does not do anything. I am told this works well on Android. So it may be an iPhone-specific bug.

  6. enter and exit Tones for conference calls

    there is no option to allow for adding a tone to the conference calls when people join the call. the directions dont work

  7. I work at FIS Global, and the call quality on Teams is trash! some cant join

    not an idea, please just fix the call quality issues with sound and the issues with joining bridges/calls!

  8. Switching to phone won't let me in to my own call

    In a meeting, when my audio fails and I try to switch to the phone, I'm admitted as a user, even though I'm the meeting owner. I then can't admit myself because terrible connection.

  9. No voicemail

    I am receiving voicemails but not able to actually get to the voicemail itself to listen to the audio. This occurs on the Android app, the Windows 10 application and also when using Teams through the web.

    The scenario is that someone leaves a voicemail, I am notified of the existence of the voicemail through the Feed. I also receive notification and transcription of the voice mail in my Outlook inbox. From the feed, I click on any voicemail and I am taking to the Calls section of Teams and the voicemail tab.   11. Meeting wouldn't hang up

    Joined a meeting, i ended the meeting and pressed hang up, shows me the call has ended yet im still in the meeting. Pressed several times "hang up" and yet this function is not working. 21 hours in the meeting and still counting

    When called I hear 30 secons beeb and then 10 seconds tititititit. It actually takes 40 seconds before I can get to the call. This is very annoying. Could it be some wrong setting somewhere?

  13. Call durations shown in Calls History are 2x or more what they really were.

    A recent update to Teams included a bug that greatly exaggerates the actual duration of the calls listed in your Calls History.

  15. call button disappears from teams client

    Hello,
    We had an issue with the calling button on Teams client. users were already enabled for entreprise voice and have been assigned Line URI and policies (we are on direct routing deployment).
    Few days after their activation, users didn't have the call button and when we run a get command on PowerShell to check their status, they still are enabled for voice, having a phone number and a policies assigned.
    Could you please advise? we tried to re-enable them and that resolved our issue but we want to understand why that happens as we still have the issue sometimes…

  16. Cancelling a transfer then clicking Resume puts the call on hold

    Repro steps:

    1. Make a PSTN call to a Teams user that has E3 + Phone Systems and an MS Calling Plan.
    2. Answer with Teams client.
    3. From call controls, select Transfer (or Consult then Transfer).
    4. Instead of picking a user, just click Cancel. (image001.jpg)

    Expected:
    Call resumes.

    Actual:
    Client displays "Parking" but then puts the call on hold. (No park code listed.) (image003.jpg)

  17. Microphone takes few seconds in Microsoft Teams to start working

    This problem only happens to me in Microsoft Teams desktop application, when I use Skype for Business, Skype or any other communications software microphone starts straight away.

  18. Failed to click on the remote client during a sharing session

    When I send a request to control a sharing session and accepted, I can see my pointer but failed to click anything on the target machine. Windows Menu / Application (Browser, Visual Studio, etc.). This happened couple of times, even the parties connecting close by

  19. Automatically mutted/Show stopper

    When i call with other teams member and connected with external mike and speaker, i cant listen end user voice after 4minutes(exactly). Am using my laptop having windows10, Reproduce scenario:
    When i receive the call and gets ringing with internal speaker, talking with external speaker/mike, i can face the same issue

  20. Calls drop immediately and Teams can no longer detect my internet connection

    As of this week (I have been using Teams since 2/26 and can confirm the issue as of 3/6), whenever a call is initiated (by me or the other person), after a brief moment of connectivity, the call is immediately dropped. Teams then cannot detect my internet connection (I confirmed that my connection still works by successfully browsing the web) until I reboot my computer. This happened four times with two different users.
