I need a way to respond to my teachers once they've given feedback, or a way to continue the thread in the assignment privately.

Forward chats from specific Team to ticket system e-mail helpdesk@schoolname.***???
Teachers are messaging IT department all day via chat. Can you make it so Teams could automatically forward all chat messages from a certain group/team/department to helpdesk@schoolname.*** ??? Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Video chat needs to be more intuitive/accessible from the chat tab not only from calendar!
It makes sense to schedule a video chat from the calendar -- but when a student or group of students requests a video chat from the chat screen, it would be nice to be able to initiate one from right there.

You can make Microsoft Teams better by alerting us if we get a message when we are on a different tab. You only alert us when we are in it.

Instant Chat
Having chats organized by groups inside Teams and having the option to write on it using enter key to leave a space between and continue writing instead of sending the message by lines. Also to have the option inside the outlook mail to chat directly from there and not just in the Teams platform
