the page where someone creates a meeting or call should change form in order to be more creative, effective, eye-catching and applicable to everybody ; to both the organiser and the participants.
the meetings and calls that are cancelled should be deleted permanently and immediately from both the calendar and the front page of each team.
the main page of each team should not be flooded with meetings and calls, appearing one after the other and covering a large part of the page. it is not good in the eyes if you enter a team and come up with a series of consecutive meetings and calls. these ones should be shown in a group under the title "meetings/calls of the week x" or "meetings/calls of the month x"
