It would be really useful if you could organize your chat / messages in to groups or folders.
From a teaching point of view it would be helpful to move chats in to folder / group to allow quicker access / find different chats.
Pinning helps, but this then just becomes the same as the chat inbox, the more you add / pin.
Ideally a combination of being allowed to add folders and pin.
I would like to be able to organise my chats by staff, team class, subject and year group - perhaps this could be done automatically using class codes or email info? This would make it quicker and easier to bring up relevant classes at specific times.
