Add meeting organizers
Allow The Meeting organizer to add additional people with Meeting organizer permissions who can manage breakout rooms etc.

Absolutely, like in Zoom where you can designate someone to be a breakout rooms creator.
Training company A creates the meeting and invites attendees and a presenter / Tutor B. Tutor can be granted permission to present but Teams only permits the organiser A to create the breakout rooms.
Easy to do in Zoom .. is there a way to do similar in Teams?
