I would like to have the option to disable the "user is typing..." notification

Just to be clear, are we talking about "incoming" or "outgoing" notifications?
I.e., 1. me seeing notifications that others are typing or 2. others seeing that I am typing.
I would like to disabled "incoming" notifications, don't care so much about outgoing ones.
