Add the Ability for teachers to import information from a previous Team into new Teams created by SDS
Currently we use SDS to create Teams based on course codes in our SIS. In education, some teachers may receive several Teams (quarters, semesters) throughout the school year even if they have the same students. Re-creating the Team each quarter or semester is not ideal and requires extra time and preparation to complete. Teams currently has the ability to create a Team based off the template of another Team when manually creating Teams. That is not an option for Teams that are created through SDS automatically. It would be ideal if after the Team was created, teachers were allowed to import highly used areas of Teams through a granular check box menu, from previous Teams. Some of these areas include:
Channels (with or without previous posts)
This would help alleviate teachers from having to rebuild their Teams 2 or 4 times a year.
I envision it as being an option inside of the "Manage Team" menu. Across the top you could add an import tab that would allow a teacher to import the highly used areas from a previous Team into their current Team (Check Box Menu). This would work exactly the same as the way you can use a previous Teams as a template when creating a Team manually.
This would be a fantastic upgrade for teachers!
This would be GREAT and a time saver!!!
Yes, this would be a benefit to me as a teacher. Especially since right now I am building everything from scratch. Everything.
Want this feature, please

I would love to have this option. It would make it easier when switching terms since my school is on a block schedule.
This option will be a wonderful time saver for teachers.
