As the parent of a child with autism, having the dictate feature enabled in Teams would help him be much more independent in doing his school work.

As a special educator this feature would make my life so much easier when supporting students who can't type of have learning disabilities or the little for whom typing is not a reality yet

We desperately need this for our students. We're using a Channel in Teams to teach them about social media and little ones aren't able to type very fast but can definitely talk! As part of your inclusivity, dictation is essential.

You can use dictation in the web client because browsers support dictation, but this should be made to work in the client as well. It seems that there is some issue with the implementation of Teams that is getting in the way of dictation in Windows 10. Considering these are both Microsoft products and there's a huge benefit to the disabled it seems like this should be made a priority.

I have a special needs son who needs this badly to be successful with online learning. His school is using teams but kids who aren't skilled at typing really could benefit dictation.
