Forward chats from specific Team to ticket system e-mail helpdesk@schoolname.***???
Teachers are messaging IT department all day via chat. Can you make it so Teams could automatically forward all chat messages from a certain group/team/department to helpdesk@schoolname.*** ??? Thank you in advance for your consideration.
