People with hands raised should be listed in the order they raised their hands, not alphabetically
In accordance with Robert's Rules of Order, I would like it if people who raised their hands were listed in the order that they raised their hands, so that I can take questions or comments in the order that they arose. I have noticed meeting organizers sometimes give undue attention to people whose names come first in the alphabet because of the way the names are listed currently.

A small "order number" inline with the hand would be helpful for the organizer for ordering questions from users raising their hands.
that's how it already works, isn't it?

This is a great suggestion of an important feature that would be very helpful.

This would be so easy to program and would provide so much value to meeting chairs. MS redirected me from Twitter to here as a result of my Tweet requesting this. Apparently I didn't invent the wheel :)

Maintaining a speakers list is critical in meetings or in classrooms using Teams. This is important functionality!!
I really want this functionality
And automatic lowering of hand when the person has exclusive airtime for a few seconds.

This will be a great improvement.
When you run a meeting with a lot of partecipants it's hard to recognize who has raised his hand and it's impossible to get the order.
